I can say that this company tried very hard to stay in touch during this COVID shut down with updates on progress of our Sunsetter awning. Troy and Terry installed awning gave instructions on operation and courteous at all times

When I bought my awning, Patico installed it. If my wife would not have been home, they would have installed it in the wrong position. After 5 years, I had to replace my fabric. I secured new fabric and called Patico to replace it. I was told an installer would contact me. After 2 weeks with no return call, I called again. Another week went by with no response. I finally called another company to install it. I am in the customer service business and if I operated this way, I would not be in business very long. Stay away from this company.

Love my Sunsetter Awning that I bought and was installed by Patico. Frank Foster and Terry Bledsoe are great. Thanks for doing such a great job. I love it.

I purchased from Patico 2 large motorized sunsetter awnings. They were responsive during the sell and the installation went well. This was probably 6 months ago or less. Now one of them is broken and as others have stated, no one will return my calls. I have left 4 messages and actually talked to someone and no one responded. I guess once they get your money, they cant be bothered with service.calls. Dont use them!

I usually do not leave reviews but this company deserves one as they are absolutely HORRIBLE. As a business owner I cant imagine treating customers like they do. Frank Foster (the owner) is rude, unprofessional, does not return phone calls and does not take responsibility for anything they do. After a horrible installation, I have been trying for over 10 month to get them back and fix it without any success. Do not hire this company; there many others that are honest and that will treat the customers with respect.

We purchased a home with an existing 18 sunsetter. Canvas is tearing due to contact with bracket. He refused to honor warranty even though shoddy workmanship is the issue. After an hour on phone with Sunsetter, (very kind and helpful) I learned we should have 6 brackets for support. We have 5. Also they should be evenly spaced. They are not. I had to purchase the additional bracket and we will need to take the whole thing down to make it RIGHT. And to confirm other reviews, he is extremely rude. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Frank the owner of the company is always involved in the jobs performed which ensures quality. They did an awesome job on the awning installation in houston tx. :) couldnt be happier.

Still waiting on a call back to correct a bad installation. Called several times, left several messages, nobody has contacted me to solve the issue.

Sunsetter awnings used this company to hang my 14 sunsetter awning. Patico hung my awning using only 3 brackets and did not hit one stud when hanging it. They even hung one bracket on a trim piece. Awning begin to strip at the brackets and even broke the trim piece. After numerous attempts at calling them and leaving messages I never received a call back. Jacob with Sunsetter even tried to contact them weekly to get a response. Never heard back from them. Sunsetter finally hooked me up with another company to come out and repair the awning and hang it properly. I was told by this company that they have had numerous call backs to repair Paticos faulty installation. Cost me $465 out of my pocket to have it hung properly. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SUNSETTER AWNINGS. WE PAID 2600 Dollars for the installation.I contacted them because the awning started to sag and to replace the fabric. After 2 weeks of trying to get them on the phone, I was told by the receptionist that they would get to us when they could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. I am in the process of turning it over to my lawyer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEthey didnt measure it correctly, we end up buying a wrong one and there was no return policy..unless we would have bought from sunsetter directly..! We had to order a new awning..!the guys who came for installation were rude and completely unprofessional.They were assholesThe owner does not give any kind of warranty/return option, its better to go with sunsetter directly and get it installed from a handy manThe person who took the order, promised things which were not done by the guys who came to install it..we tried to call the owner, he didnt pick the phone,,when we called from a different phone, he did pick up and didnt address the issuee.g. he said that they will fix the wire to the wall which runs from awning to the switch and not leave it hanging, but the guys who came for installation denied they had such instructions from ownerThey did not even bring the accessories we ordered like the solar screen and lights we ordered,...!It was a worse experience ever.. DO NOT GO WITH PATICO..THEY PAINTED A AWESOME PICTURE BEFORE TAKING THE ORDER AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEREAFTER...!

Wont return my phone calls or emails after speaking with the owner about new motor install. Figure out how to do it yourself if you want it done right.
