Very slow to respond. It’s almost like they prioritize bigger business before the smaller projects. This happened twice. I was promised a quote within 48hrs. It came a week later. I already had the signs completed by someone else by the time I received the quote. They are not “Fast”.

I had decals removed from 2 of our work vehicles. Fastsigns was reasonably priced and the paint on the truck and van looked good after the decals were removed.

The banner we ordered for my sons first birthday was beautiful! Although it was pricey $$$, every penny was worth it. We told them what we were looking for, and they nailed it..FAST! Banner itself was of great quality as well. Definitely going back to them for the next occasion!

Left work early to make it in time before they close. Got there at 5:20p, but they decided to close down early. Guess they make their own hours at this store...(3 days later)I finally made it to the store before closing and told the owner about them closing early a couple days ago. He apologized numerous of times and asked what he can do for me. They actually have awesome customer service at this store and I will be back in the future. I changed my rating from 2 to 4... good people here!Fyi, call first before picking up your order, especially if its after 5.
