I walked in and was greeted immediately upon entering. I felt so welcomed. The store is clean and very neatly organized with the shelves being labeled so there really is no way you could overlook anything unless you’re rushing. They offered small sample sips of drinks when I went and it was nice. Check out was fast, be prepared to have your ID on hand. I’d definitely go back.

This is our favorite store for adult beverages, we have 3 adult children with different tastes in adult beverages and my husband and I love trying craft beers. So when we have family events, like the bachelorette and bachelor parties for our sons upcoming wedding, I can count on Total Wine to have everything we need.

0 STARS if i could. Upset that the cashier had to verify my CHL with the manager as a valid photo ID... it has a photo picture as well as a DOB.. I see no problem. The manager which rejected it saying only DLs are accepted which is a LIE. My partner had his DL, who was the purchaser, still declined a $80+ transaction. Love total wine but will not return to this poor location. SMH.

When I relayed the information to him of what I was looking for, he knew exactly where to find it. If you purchase wine, beer, or other alcoholic beverages then this is the place you want to go to. My Wife usually orders for curbside pickup to avoid the crowds with the whole Covid Nineteen issue at hand. Service is pretty fast, but you will need to order a day early to insure that you will receive the pickup confirmation a timely manner.

Its a great big booze store!They have a huge variety of different beers, whiskeys, gins, tequilas rums. Plus huge selection as far as wines of the world. ..and so on.The Covid policies are in place, so wear your mask or you cant come in. They have hand sanitizers and wipes to help sanitize your cart or basket.The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable about what you might need and where it is in the store.They even have tiny sample bottles of different booze.Plus they hold wine classes and tastings. .. Im not sure if they are happening during the pandemic?Check it out!

Normally enjoy the store and have never had an issue. Today I was denied service for no mask by Noel, normally I would just put a mask on but his attitude was unacceptable so I instead will be purchasing all of the drinks for my wedding from specs instead.

I have been to Total Wine several times. Keep in mind it is about a 25 minute drive to get there. I am not complaining because I always find what I need at a better price. They proved that again on this visit. I was looking for Crown Royal Vanilla in the largest bottle and they had it at $10 less than what I paid a few weeks ago somewhere closer. Never again. I will make the drive with no problem to get what I want. They always have the wines that I can not find anywhere else. Definitely my go to place for now on. Besides the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Great experience. I called ahead to check the in-stock of Velvet Falernum, which I had never purchased before. Diana answered the phone and went to a lot of trouble to locate the last bottle and save it up front for me. Its like when you walked in to the toy store as a kid. As soon as you enter, your eyes go wide as saucers and you spend the next hour wandering around exclaiming look at this!. Great selection of everything from the affordable to the high end.

Very large selection. However, given that I often look younger than my age, the employees constantly card you in a very rude manner. Its almost as if they get mad that I am actually over 21.

The service for me was okay but the service for the lady ahead of me was not, she was complaining about her order is never on time for her business and a lot of times total wine dont always have everything she need.

I am new to Texas and was surprised when I couldnt buy hard liquor from a gas station. One of the kind people that worked at that gas station directed me to this Total Wine & More in order to buy the liquor I was looking for. It was convenient and rather close to home and it had exactly what I was looking for. I walked out with my fifth of Jim Beam.

This is the Disney World for wine lovers. Just walking around looking at the huge wine variety is an adventure. If you like tequila, enjoy. The best tequilas from Mexico are here. Scotch, the same. Competitive pricing if not the best. For the same items, Sams and/or Costco beat them, but who cares for a few cents.Friendly and knowledgeable personnel.

No one seemed to be very personable. No one greeted me when I walked in nor while I was shopping. I stopped a gentleman to ask about a certain item. He said they didnt have it a hurried off.

I wish my local Total Wine had someone like Paul.Update: I came in again recently and was absolutely ignored but the young women in the spirits section. Next time Ill just wait until I get back to Houston if shes the one whos supposed to be helping.

I visited the location in Humble today because they had the tequila that I wanted to try in stock. I usually go to the Willowbrook location so I needed a little help finding what I needed but the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with todays experience...as always 🤗

Love this place! My girlfriend and I always go on Fridays for the afternoon wine tastings. Always have great variety of tastings. The employees here have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I also enjoy craft brews. They have very good selection of craft beers from various regions and also ciders. Overall great experience and if wine or beer is not your thing they also have a great selection of spirits as well.

It was a mistake coming to this store! I was with my girl and she was buying liquor. When we were about the pay they asked for her ID and to our surprise she asked for my ID too which I left at home. It never happened to me or to anybody I know being asked for an ID when youre not even buying!!!!! What a POS store!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE PEOPLE!!! We walked away and took our business elsewhere.P.S. We asked another liquor store and we are just fine! They only need ID for the one whos buying.
