The manager takes disinfecting seriously and was in the middle of sanitizing all door handles and high touch areas when we walked in!If you forget your envelope but they had plenty to choose from. Every question is answered with a smile and this business has almost a small town feel to it.Great service and I was in and out in 5 minutes. If you wanna mail something out but don’t want to be stuck at the post office all day then this is your spot!

This place is really great. The employees are the nicest people seriously and they are so raw and genuine. They helped me so much and made me feel safe and comfortable when I said I didn’t know what I was doing.Love them.

Be very skeptical about dropping your ups packages here. Try to find a UPS certified location. I dropped a package off here Monday, and now my package is lost. Open investigation on the tracking of a simple return. Its showing that the shipping label was made but the tracking is unavailable. I hope I get my refund on the item that I dropped off at this store. I will never bring my packages here again.

Excellent service! Kind and upbeat workers, even with this hectic mailing season! Honest and upfront with timing expectations, and very helpful in getting my packages packed well and getting the best deal for each package. Highly recommend this place for your postal needs!

Previously I have been told to drop off items that dont need interaction to avoid making the lines longer, today, the counter woman would not even acknowledge me. Then proceeded the attacks from the other patrons. Just ridiculous. Be consistent!!!! Either you want people to drop off and put things on the counter or you dont. Also, just ignoring someone is just rude. She could have at least said, today Maam we are not able to just accept your box and need you to wait in line. I wont be back. Communication regarding your procedures could have saved all of this negativity.

The facility was very neat and everybody was helping somebody out. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to do anything to help you with your mail needs. Young guy who helped me out also asked if I had all my belongings just incase I forgot anything I pulled out of my pockets.

Thank you very much Ryan for being such a GREAT notary. If you want something notarized correctly and done in one trip hes the one who does it right. Theres an elderly person thats also a notary there but you DO NOT want her helping you. Not only is she RUDE but she also notarized my paperwork INCORRECTLY. I had to return a second time for her to fix her mistake, and she had a bad attitude as if it was my fault she didnt do her job right the first time. So thank you again Ryan for being so helpful and nice! If you need anything notarized go see Ryan!

I have had a mailbox there for over two decades and have always received courteous, efficient and helpful service. My own children (now adults living on the West coast) rank their experiences with businesses against the standard they grew up seeing at Copy, Post and Ship - the gold standard as far as we are concerned.

I came here a lot of time for dropping off a package or do the service. Very satisfied with the way the employees serve. They are friendly and caring about your concerns. One of my favorite post office. Thanks for the great service!

They go above and beyond what the have to !! Last Year I sent my year tax reports certified mail and I never got the card back saying they got it and this was months later. They made all kinds of phone calls every where and got it figured out for me!!! They also try to figure out the cheapest way for you to ship without you even asking!! Great people in my books!

Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They always open another register if someone is waiting, give you best option for shipping, and are clear in explaining everything. My choice for mailing!

When you go here and you give them your business they are very happy to assist you but if you just want to drop off your package they give rude/mean look especially the old lady that works there! Never going back! Go to the one inside ACE hardware instead.

Small places like this may seem busy at times which is a good thing in my point of view because that shows how much the staff is good at what they do. Its also nice to see from my experience how they train their new employees by shadowing their every move. This is a place I dont mind driving to coming from Crosby.

My mom was giving my dads car to my brother and we needed to have an affidavit of heirship notarized. I searched on Google while driving home from her doctors appt and found Copy Ship Post was right around the corner. My mom is handicapped so I went in and asked the guy at the counter (Ryan) if he would mind coming out to the car. He was SO helpful and very courteous. I didnt have the actual documents in hand so he printed them for me from my phone and then came out to the car (in the hot sun) and took care of business with a genuine smile. I just wanted to say thanks to Ryan for going out of his way and let everyone know that this establishment has incredible customer service. It is also very clean, easy to find and offers many convenient services. I would highly recommend this place!! :)
