Will only deal with two staff members here, the rest of the staff is rude and have no idea of a thing called customer service or what they are selling. I wish I could give individual starts to the two staff members that are great. They get 5 stars.The place is clean, well lit and good variety, prices are on the high side.

I pawn a necklace and my fit bit hoping for at least 200 last month. Only got 50. This month bill was due on the 20th paid for another month on the 19th said it was not due until Feb 18th. I went in today on Dec 24 to get them back. I asked about my $10 that I just paid. No refund and he was not going to give me a receipt where I paid it off. I got my receipt I will not be back or will not recommend any of my friends to this location. Dont even deserve one star.

They claim to give you the max when you sell but this is a lie. Especially when it comes to gold and diamonds. If you sell they will give you a lower amount than if you pawn it. This is because they think theyll make more $ from interest. The short chubby guy told me to NEVER SELL GOLD, PAWN IT TO GET THE MAX EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT TO COME BACK FOR IT. They will mark diamonds at a lower quality in order to get a low appraisal. If you pawn or sell a laptop, camera or phone they will go through it. When I picked up my laptop my photos were open to a private photo of my wife. When I left my laptop it was on the home screen, I didnt appreciate them staring at my daughters breast when we we at the counter. Shes only 14! I will never come back here.

Their selection is small for some things because the building isnt big enough.They seldom take in things that are broken are severely weathered. Which is great!Their customer service is good and the manager knows what it takes to build clients.*The hallmark of a good Pawnshop is to give good deals so that clients keep coming back. When you are stingy with giving deals the buyers go elsewhere.*They give the best deals they can based on CAPs deal system.Compared to some other Cash America Pawn locations I would shop here more because its worth the drive.Reviewers Background Note: I and my friends spend thousands at pawnshops yearly. So went to this place this morning and encountered Alan Haddock (eyeroll). This guy made my experience here horrible. I will never go back! I never say people should be fired from a job for bad customer service but this guy definitely should be. His people skills are none existent. He is very judgmental and offensive to customers. I was friendly to this man, I’m a respectful woman and I expect to be treated fairly. I really hope management does something about this guys condescending attitude.

Trying to sell a PS4 VR bundle pack with nunchucks and camera... $700 worth asking for $200 and they offer $60... Said on Amazon they go for $100???? Do they have some kind of special pawn Amazon website I am not aware of???? This place is BS I went around the corner to Frontier Pawn and Gun and got as much as I needed.... Btw the worker did not know anything about the product I was selling thought it was for PS3 and also thought the nunchucks came in singles 😂😂😂😂
