Lake Houston Pool Supply is a great pool company!!! there service is good and there is no pressure from Cory or his guys. They are very laid back and will help you with any of your pool needs. I highly recommend them for your pool service or maintenance.

Worst pool service company ever! There were several no show appointments and they dont care/dont contact you. They stayed less than 8 mins on a weekly service call as if we dont have cameras. Did not clean or skim the pool; merely turned on our cleaner and left it in service mode to run all night. When i called in to report this activity, the guys are rude and very condescending. Ill go anywhere else and pay more for good service. Very disappointing experience.

I had some trouble with a part on my relatively new pump, they walked me through the likely cause and how to fix it. They even offered that if their recommended fix didnt remedy the problem, they would deduct the cost from labor if they came out and fixed it.I appreciated that they were interested in saving me money and very helpful in doing so.

These guys are top notch! I am pretty new to maintaining a pool and I just took over one that has been neglected for some time. They took their time and explained everything I needed to do, set me up with the right equipment, and even sent me home with a bottle to bring back a sample of water to test tomorrow.Not only do they sell pool supplies, but they have a fantastic line of MADE IN THE USA grills and coolers. This is a local, family owned business. They will continue to receive my business.

When they first opened service was great, then they got some business and I scheduled them to come out twice and never showed up, when confronted they acted like it was my fault they forgot. I’ll gladly go to Leslie pool and pay a lil more for good service.
