When it rains it constantly floods and its really bad when we loose power we have no water, we have been promised a back up generator for years. A lot of people don’t mow there yards and sometimes it’s past my knees. We have one mobile home here that looks like a giraffe. The rent we pay to rent the lots are not worth it. And ghe had water meters put in and maybe after a year they can’t Tran them they have to open up your skirting to get a meter reading. The Pool has been closed was only opened one time this summer. A lot of the driveways are cracking they need repair and the house numbers are the street need to be redone. But as soon as they know the big wigs are coming they do sure start cleaning up the front area. Use to be A very nice trailer park. We also use to have a pond but they filled that in.

Dont let them fool you! Rules are totally frivolous. Not a safe place. Loud music, garbage everywhere. Should I keep going. Also during this pandemic, we still had to pay the lot rent. I wish I could give a 0 Stat rating. A house that looks almost like it has giraffe spots. Seriously! When the power goes out you have no water. When it rains it pours! Yes flooding. All they want is your $$$$

Finally, after years of them not opening the pool. They worked so hard to finally have the pool open for us and we really appreciate that! They had a pool party for all the kids today and they all loved it! Hopefully soon they bring back a play ground for kids, and have the soccer and basketball fields fixed to have more play areas this summer. Thank you Monique and staff for opening the swimming pool!

This place is located in a very well location and great schools for a very cheap price. Also the stricter the rules are the more negative people can leave the place. I lived here for 13 years and the more rules are applied the better And safe for our kids can be. They have a great soccer team and a very Big field for kids and teenagers to play. Also just because we are poor does not give an excuse for us to be filthy and messy and I am happy to pay my fine if I mess up it has Motivated me and others in my community to Live clean and healthy. Remember everyone is not about the size but how well you can keep it looking fresh and clean. The office staff is really good at what they do because with all their rules I don’t have to worry about bad negative people sticking around too long. So El Dorado is not for lazy negative peopleIt’s really easy to live here just keep it clean keep it cut and don’t be rude to others. Very rude ladies...im disappointed that they feel above us and feel the need to run ppl in circles! After i talked to 5 !!! 5 residents of this place who are leaving because they are very unprofessional and rude i was glad i couldnt do the application...how do you want to charge 180 application fee and 50 for my 14 year old?? You fine for having bikes out on the lawn from kids leaving them there?? Yes very clean and very cozy it looks but talk to the residents who cant afford to take their Mobile home out and keep taking their bs!!PLEASE RECONSIDER OR DONT EVEN TRY TO GET IN...THE LADIES SUCK!!!

El Dorado Mobile home is a very nice community. Monthly events for everyone, which ate very nice. We have been here for a few years and have gone through different management but they community seems to be getting better little by little. The park clean and neat, then other parks that you see.

This place was one of my favorite places to visit but in the last few years the food has lost its flavor... i visited with my family many of times and we enjoyed this place for many years so i will never say it doesn’t have good food but not the best anymore

New manager is the worst one we had this decade. They give random fines for little stuff, and the lady with tattoos is very rude. Please reconsider if you want to move here.

Stay away this place tries to charge you for every little thing they can find and I thrown a party and they tried to tow my guest car around 12 at night. This place has started taking advantage of its loyal residents(everyone I know has been here 7 plus years). I managed to obtain the contact and started going over it with a family member who is a paralegal.

Ive lived here since 2003. Ive seen many managers come and go. Ive seen more changes in the passed year then any of the others, since we got a new manager Monique, she has been one of the friendliest, willing work with you as long as you talk to her. Sure in the passed there have been problems that usually happens when you have managment who are just looking to do their 8 hours and leave. Thats not so with Monique she cares. Anyone complaining usually comes from not knowing the rules and the unwillingness to follow them. Rules are everywhere in life and as long as you follow them there arent any problems. Changes take time to get used to and I understand that. Overall the management isnt the problem when there are problems its people who dont follow rules. Great job to the new manager.

Its absolutely rediculous that theyve left us without water for a whole day, about to be two. Its not the first time they leave us without water for a long time and theres always something wrong with the water pipe!

Monique writes a whole book on whats wrong with your mobile home invating our privacy on 5/24/2019 and expects you to have everything done by Monday 5/27/2019. Idk what shes smoking but its labor day weekend. Ive lived here for 5 years, never had a problem with all the previous managers until this lady came along. She thinks shes running a multi million HOA housing subdivision.!! This is a mobile home parking lot woman!!! There is a reason we live here because its cheaper that purchasing a house that we cannot afford at the moment. Shes trying to charge 100$$ for all thins non sense things on this 3 day Holliday weekend.

I will try to write this review in the most respectful way possible. Im a resident of el dorado mobile homes for almost 10 years. lately, this community is managed by very rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate staff. I understand a lot of new rules are implemented to better the living of the community however, this is getting out of control; we are been charged for every single little thing. Again I appreciate the effort to make the community LOOK clean but why dont they work on actually cleaning the community by getting rid of the potheads that be smoking in the community almost every afternoon/night. They are trying to sell a clean place when their focus should be the safety and comfort of their CURRENT residents. Speaking of the comfort of residents. Its extremely frustrating and ridiculous that there is nobody in the office that is bilingual when almost 90% of the population residing here speak only Spanish. OVERALL I WOULD GIVE THIS PROPERTY A 0 STARS. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!

I have been living here for about 4 years now, and I like living here. It is in a great location. My neighbors are very nice a everyone helps eachother out. the office people are friendly and they alway try and do little parties and stuff for certain holidays ect. I have two complaints. One is that parking is not that great, if you have visitors that are staying the night. I warn you not to park in the street because your car will be towed. The towe guy usually comes around 2am and towes the cars that are parked in the street..they just made a little parking lot in the front probley about a year or 2 ago. Which was great, but now they are changing the rules to now you have to have a permit to park there.. I am not too sure about that because they just changed it like a week ago. My second complaint it that the rent goes up just about every 6 month to a year. Just so you have been warned.Update: they have a new lady in the office and this lady was cool at first but now she was trying to charge us for not cutting the grass, when our grass was cut. so we went to the office and mind you the yard at the office is not up to standards either. Anyways so we talk to this lady and she says I am the manager and I can do what ever I want, and that I should be lucky she didnt charge us more. i kid you not. Also in the rules if you dont have the grass cut to their standards, they are to come and cut your grass and charge you. They did not do that. I dont recommend living here under this new lady. It is not worth it. This lady has let her power go to her head. She is very rude. we are currently trying to get in contact with the owner.

These managers are out of line, over the past few weeks they have been really rude and picky in how they want people to give info that makes no sense, for example i have a neighbor that has a son that has no job at the moment and they are complaining that they want them out for that reason, also they have began check credit which makes no sense since you are not buying its renting, besides people have been living here for more than 5 years and they began to come up with these policies that are ridiculous, This is what is going to happen a lot of people in this parking lot are getting together to call the news to see why this issue is happening.

I have not arrived at this property for a long time, I think it is fabulous, it is very quiet and its management is the best between Monique and Lupe, they do a great job 🙏🙏🙏

The new management / landlords in this property are the worst. They harass the residents that have been living there for years, just trying to find ways to kick them out to have more space. They treat residents in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way. I am leaving this review for my 2 families that are current residents and have both had the same experiences with the management. I strongly suggest to not consider to move in here until changes have been made with the way residents are being treated.The management person is terrible. They find anything and excuse to evacuate residents who have been there for years. I am leaving this review on behalf of my 2 families who live there and have had the same horrible experience. Please do not decide to move here until changes have been made in management and in the way residents are treated.

Too strict ... very rude office people, fine for having curtains, is it really? They want to tell me what color they should go and what style, there is no place for children to play, they do not allow to have trampolin, pool and other things in ones space, the streets are horrible; full of potholes ... they spend it putting notes and fines for insignificant things and worst of all ... the rent goes up more and more every year !!! I am looking for another place to move ... I do not recommend it !!!!

It is very beautiful, its beautiful palm trees and its surroundings, some boskes with birds, ducks, geese, very nice place when you enter has a nice house where Mrs. Chely Serda lives.

Since there was a change in the administration everything has worsened ... in case it was ugly now, the people in the office are very despotic and rude, they never try to solve the problems and do nothing to remove the ladies ball that they always they are blocking the entrance ... as far as I am CRIME parking on the fire line if there is an emergency an ambulance could not enter .. the rent goes up every year and every time is more insecure I will definitely move soon !!
