This dealership as a whole is great, clean, timely, friendly, and affordable more than anything . But lets talk about my sales person .SKI TAYLOR - THE BEST SALESMAN ever. Ski went out of his way at every turn to help me select the perfect vehicle for me. He responded to every call and question i had.And it wasnt just pick up the phone and answer questions he was engaging gave me advice, showed me all my options. The experience was by far the best Ive had with purchasing a car .Ski didnt work on putting me in just any car he made sure that it was the right fit for me. even as far as letting me walk around that lot even longer after i was pretty set on the car i wanted he just offered that i take my time and let him know if i literally had any questions. Without a doubt Ive referred all of my friends to him. Heck even people who i know are looking for a vehicle period. Like i said he went way beyond what was expected of him and im forever grateful.After my purchase he followed up and was still making sure i was happy with my purchase. I was excited when i drove off the lot but Im even more excited that in in a car that i love and didnt feel like there was any other choice for me because i took my time. Bought a 2019 Nissan Altima last week and we couldn’t of asked for a better sales person. Hunter Cox helped us out so much by finding me the car of my dreams. The reason I gave such low ratings has nothing to do with the work performed. What it has to do with is the run around and games that were played leading up to the actual work being done. It took over a month to get something that was agreed upon during the contract signing. To be honest had it not been for the service manager I believe I would still be waiting on a response to if the dealership was going to honor its word. What this dealership needs is more communication. Because someone is in training is no excuse for the dealership to have no idea what is going on. And this may be the only place I know of that a meeting lasts a full week to where someone cant return a phone call. 3 weeks of every day calling to get told Ill call you right back and no returned calls is unacceptable. I signed the contract on this vehicle on September 18th 2021, I finally got the vehicle as promised on November 1st. 5 weeks of calling to be ignored or given the run around. Then yalls service manager stepped up and made it happen. The numerous sales managers I spoke with and old sales manager wasted a lot of my time.

I took my Dodge Journey to Jones’ service department after being told by the Dodge dealership it would be 3 or 4 days to install a new battery (which is only accessible through the front wheel well). The staff was very professional and got the battery replaced, and before long I was on my way. Excellent service!

The next day my son was told that he was not approved that he was lied to about said approval. Now it has been 7 days and Jones Chevrolet has still not sent my sons money back. This business is a joke.

Got approved for the loan, signed the papers, one week later they told us the bring the jeep back-3 hours after we sat around awaiting for it back. They told us we got denied! Sent message as per website to inquire about vehicle. They emailed a quote for $1,000.00 more than online price and never answered any of my questions. I questioned increase and was told that since wasn’t financing through their preferred financing, they added a $1,000 discount back to price. We had never discussed pricing, financing, or anything and they never answered my questions. A total of 3 people emailed me and none chose to answer my inquiries. Then said they couldn’t help me. WOW!!! Who would want to do business with a company who would not even discuss warranty or If certified pre-owned or if would qualify for CPO status and non the less discuss further their pricing…. If they can not do this in writing- sketchy. I told them not to assume the financial status of potential customers and to learn to answer questions. Lost a customer!!! Good job..

I can NOT say enough good things about this dealership. It is very rare that a dealership actually, genuinely cares about the satisfaction of a customer however this dealership has gone completely above and beyond to assure their service is excellent. Two days later, there was another hard inquiry on my credit report from Jones, after I purchased a car elsewhere. I’m in the process of disputing it. They wanted this review done a few days after we made the deal...They said our SUV would be ready in a week which turned out to be 2 and a half weeks...SUV we traded in, we were still driving, then dealership called and said they had already sold it and wanted to get it...Had problems with the brakes on our new SUV from Jones Chevrolet when we went on vacation......So I dont think their 125 point check list that they say they do on each Vehicle is accurant...WILL NOT BUY from them again...Not pleased with how Jones Chevrolet made promises and very slow about keeping their end of the deal.......For us having to wait 2 and a half weeks on our SUV, dealership should have gave us concessions, for example, free oil changes for 3 years...Jones Chevrolet dealership manager called and laughed on the phone trying to smooth things over because of the long wait...So dont pay attention to the rest of this except that the saleslady, Kelly, was real nice to us and tried to help, but I think it was out of her control...My wife, Sandra Miller, has been looking on and off for an SUV for about a year...Most dealers only care about making their money anyway they can and running my credit multiple times...So I decided to go to Jones Chevrolet in Humboldt...They treated me like family...My concerns were their concerns...Our Saleslady, Kelly Blankenship, was the Best that I have dealt with in years...If you are looking to get a Great Deal, go to Jones Chevrolet in Humboldt, Tennessee and ask for Kelly Blankenship!!!

I typically do not write bad reviews as I know that mistakes happen and most businesses work with their customers to leave them with a great experience. However this experience was absolutely tainted by the unacceptable customer service. I was referred to this dealership and was greatly disappointed. The lack of communication among the salesman and manager giving me multiple different versions of a poorly put together story during the entire process caused my experience to be a HEADACHE. After I was told I would get my deposit back if I did not purchase a vehicle (which I did not due to the terrible service and process) I was then told I could not get it back. In compensation for all of my troubles with delivery, the salesman, the manager and the dealership; multiple employees (unsuccessfully) tried to guilt me into keeping the vehicle letting me know it would be clean and they would give me a full tank of gas on them knowing the troubles experienced did not equal the $25 worth of gas that is already supposed to come with purchasing a NEW vehicle. All in all, the price, the clean car and the full tank of gas could not compensate for the price, I will definitely be going elsewhere and recommend others to do the same to save them a headache.

Do not believe them when they tell you about their 127 point inspection! The horn doesnt work on the expensive car I got there. The brakes need to be replaced. The OBDII system will not connect for diagnostics. They overfilled the oil, it was 1/2 inch past the full line which is very dangerous to a high performance engine. I emailed the salesman about these issues. *crickets*

Every time I come in for service its always more than 1 hr late of getting my vehicle in so in result Im sitting there all day for a oil change witch should only take max 30 mins to perform.I had a 8am scheduled appt. and my truck wasnt even in the shop by 9:30 so I just took my truck elsewhere. Our experience with the sales consultant who name is John I will not post their last name but any way John was not professional at all he lied to his general manager about contacting my husband regarding his purchase. I appreciate that he was standing at the door to meet me for my appointment AND he had the car I had inquired about parked at the front. Now thats customer service! He made sure he introduced me to the staff and followed up on my questions. Management took time to answer all my questions with patience. The entire team made this a pleasant experience.
