Pretty typical Walmart... Under staffed. Employees are not happy to help or even be there. They really dont seem to care if you are there.

My first time I think at this particular one.. they had a.pretty good supply of thingd....store was very clean

I like walmart. ESPECIALLY the online ordering! You just type in what you need, pay for it, and they put it in your car for you! Only thing I dislike is the substitution part and sometimes not receiving certain items at all. Other than that, I lOVE IT! 🥰🤗

Back in April 2021 I only wanted to get some milk on my way home and decide to call into the Humboldt Wal mart. Got the milk but all the self service check outs were for cards only no cash, so i was sent down to the one check out that had somebody operating it so I could pay with real money and guess what, there was a line full of people with carts full of stuff. It would take ages to check out and all I had was a pint of milk.This is crazy for people who only want to buy something small and want to pay cash for it. I left the milk and will go to the convenience store down the road because I am sure that it will not take me ages to get served. I never have this problem at my local Walmart at Milan.-------extra edit 6 months later and a few of the self checkouts take cash now. Some of them dont and you have to look at the screen to find out before you start to check out. And when I have been there later at night before the store shuts at 11pm, none of them take cash. Still not ideal.

I placed an order today at 12 and it was supposed to be delivered at 2:30!!! I still haven’t received it!!!! I can’t say say what I think about Walmart CV you idiots at Walmart can go to hell. You are disappointing to everyone

Didnt have problem with finding what I was looking for. Had to wait in line too long at the Check out lanes. Only 2 Check out lanes were open. Had more Self Check out lanes than the other. Senior Citizens would rather be checked out by Cashiers.

A Walmart is a Walmart. Pick up personnel are very good. This store, however, needs to keep the produce better stocked.

I went there looking for a nuclear reactor and they didnt have it. Unbelievable! They are supposed to have everything. But my sweetie bought some Williams Bacon and it was some of the best bacon Ive ever had so Walmart cant be all bad.

Clean store, friendly staff, and everything was stocked and neatly put away. Only issue I would raise is the lack there of abundance of choice of mens socks brands.....

The front end lead I believe his name was Douglas needs a REALLY big shout out!! I was in there shopping with 2 of my kids and I was using a shelf check, an item got rang up by one of my kids that I didnt want so I removed the item and of course an associate has to come and ok it. Well Douglas came to help me and after I had paid my kids asked me for a drink before I could answer he told both of them to go get a drink of their choice and he would pay for it. I know that 2 drinks doesnt seem like much but the fact that this man out of the kindness of his heart paid for my kids a drink just because meant ALOT! So thank you sir once again not only did you make my kids day but you proved there are still some amazing people in this world!!

Needs more workers on the registers and less just walking around trying to look like theyre doing something. Also have designated people for all departments that can assist people instead of the people having to go find someone for that person to have to go call someone else to help.. shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes for someone to assist you

Did grocery pickup here since there were no time slots open in Milan. The 1 stars is ONLY because of that.There were 6 items I didnt get & I felt should have been easily substituted. My groceries looked as though they were chunked in the car. I live 10 minutes from the store, same distance as from Milan Walmart and have never had my frozen items nearly fully thawed when I got home. Obviously when I checked in saying I was on my way, they had my groceries sitting out the entire time and then it took forever to get my order when I got there.Ordered .75 lbs jalapenos (approx 15-20) & only got 3.I cant say I give Milan Walmart much more credit since Ive had bad experiences there more times than I can count but at least theyre great with substituting items out of stock and frozen foods are always still frozen when I get home & pick up is always fast and courteous.Walmarts in general are like McDonalds...They dont care. They know youll still shop there regardless because options are few in small towns unless you drive farther.

I shop here weekly. Early Monday or Tuesday are the best days to find items I shop for.

Clean store n quick check out lines

Couldnt self check out because was paying in cash. One checker open and line was halfway across the store. Fix this Walmart. Not like you cant afford to pay help.

Count on at least 30 mins for your grocery pickup and it not being ready within the timeframe. Very unlike Walmart. I will drive a little further next time.

Humboldt Walmart has great service! Only negative is that they never have everything I order, always substitutes or canceled items. But the customer service makes up for it!

Humboldt Walmart is the nearest grocery store for me unless I drive over to Dyersburg or Jackson. Sometimes I have to go to one of the others, but I never have the problem where none of the self-checkouts dont accept cash. All I wanted was a quart of milk and had the cash but was forced to use my card for a purchase of less than three dollars. The assistant said thats the way they are.

I hate going to Walmart but with all the mom and pop shops being run out of business there are times I dont have a choice

Walmart 101. If a customer is within 10 feet of an associate the associate is to make eye contact, smile and offer assistance. The employees will avoid you like the plague at this location.

Easy shopping for small town. Be prepared to check yourself out or wait in long lines because they only open 2 registers that have workers. Customer service desk ok at times but can be very busy.

Always pick my groceries up at the store. Have been very pleased with them. But when I started to go and pick them up this past week, I received a text saying they were not ready and I would have to wait. When I was notified, my hour was almost gone. When I arrived, everyone else was served first. The store employees were working very hard to make up for the time but I had to wait almost 30 min. to get my groceries after waiting almost an hr. to pick them up. Very disappointed in service.

Went for my covid vaccine. They reccomend spacing out the vaccinations but personally id prefer to just get them all in one. I got 5 to 6 shots in one day from bootcamp. What harm could 2 do?😂 overall though its amazing to see walmart so involved with vaccinations. People if you havent got it go and get one, and discuss any concerns with the pharmacist there or your own health care physician. Trust me their is no nano bots and no one is getting autism. Get your shots please. For the health of you and others around you.

Went to check out movies. Poor selections, no new releases on display, multiple copies of same titles that have been there for quite a while. Same on CDs.

Aside from being almost a necessary evil since I travel with work this Walmart had only one register open and none of the self checkout registers took cash. Prepare to stand in line when visiting this store.

The store was adequately clean. Friendly enough staff. The music was stupid loud. I have always heard majority rules. I have to get groceries somewhere seems like EVERY store has this loud music. So yall win Ill buy earplugs just dont expect a good review or me to shop for other items.!!!! I will make a list get what I gotta have and get OUT.

4/13/21 8:19pm Went to purchase my son an oculas quest 2 at humboldt walmart $300 some dollar item and had a sweet lady in electronics named Angela helped us to the courtesy counter for easy checkout. A man named Dylan refused to wait on us after ringing up our purchase and looking at my family. When Angela asked the reason, he abruptly refusedakeing a scene and we said its ok we went to the other ladys register. When the other gentalmen did not go to his register he yelled at me to go back to his register and i told him it was ok we could wait in the other line. He then argued at me me causing a scene that he re rang up my item and couldnt take it off...No customer should feel this way ever and the people behind me responded and didnt feel comfortable. Someone should address this. After the lady rang us up, we didnt even get aour item bagged. Very stressful but the lady was at least polite

I have used this particular Walmart for many years, unfortunately in the last month, I have 2 incidents that have discouraged me from returning. First, was an hour and half grocery pickup delay without any communication other than the first txt saying delayed. The next was the purchase of 2 tvsthat we could not get a sale associate to help. The one gentleman..if thats what I have to call him.was very rude and called an older lady to carry out a 60 in tv..nothing to her but really..there wasnt a young person to help.?Then with no explanation disappears without explaining ghe was getting a cart. Alot if people need and want jobs if you are that unhappy quit!!!Walmart needs a refresher course on customer sevice!!!!!!

I went for the hour set aside on Tuesday mornings for seniors. There was no checkout person available. The employee working at self checkout was very helpful but with a company as big as Walmart you would think it would have checkout staff available anytime the store is open. Better to go elsewhere.

I went here looking for fly fishing equipment, and they had a very limited amount of flies, and that was all they had. However, the staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Im not from around here but I wanted to buy a lot of Christmas stuff Im also handicapped so when I ask the girl at the self-checkouts then if there was another text and open I was told no was only here and that was it and she kind of giggled I didnt need to be insulted I wore out and I just need to go rest for a bit before I kept going I didnt want to have a heart attack in the store my goal was to spend about 600 today I guess wont.

Dont put an item on the shelf if you cant sell it. A video game with a $20 tag wouldnt ring up on register even though the game has been released months ago. Terrible service

I was in the store last night seeing a lady name with a tag Donna hollering at the employees and even made a girl cry this store is always ridiculous when I come in and they are very rude saying the store is closing at 10 when it closes at 11.

Curbside pickup said my order was ready and I call because my app wasnt working properly. The girl said it would be out shortly. 10 minutes pass and I check in ok the app when I get it to work.20 minutes later and I watch at least 8 cars in the next stalls near me come and get their groceries and leave.I call multiple times just to talk to someone and no answer.I could have walked in and bought my own groceries in this time.

The place was busy I did the self checkout was in and out no problem.

Place is usually pretty neat and organized but when I went yesterday there was an excess of stuff sitting in the isle and there were at least 2 different spills or areas that had standing water that no one was addressing. Maybe they were short staffed .
