Appreciated being kept updated as to when the service person will arrive. Service person was very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased.

While Ive been a member of AAA for several years now Ive never used their auto care center. Recently Ive visited with them twice and the service has been excellent. Both times I was in and out within an hour and a half. Service prices are reasonable you do get a discount as AAA member. This location is near a shopping center and restaurants so you dont have to stay inside if dont want to. Masks required. Never felt pressure to have all of my services done in one visit. The video of items needing addressing is very helpful. Ill definitely be back

I have been coming to AAA for about 10 years now. THIS location in Huntersville is by far my favorite! All of the employees are friendly, helpful, professional, and positive. Also, they simply do what you ask of them and don’t force anything on you. I enjoy getting my car serviced with AAA.

I went in a few months ago for my first oil change. The man who assisted me handed me a list of “packages” to select from implying that these were the 3 options of services listed (no price included). I selected the base assuming it was the quote I had called about prior to coming. I go to check out and my total is $30 more than what I was quoted upon arrival. Turns out the package list were optional add ons that were not required (which is partially my fault for not Clarifying) but the mechanic was very deceitful and it instantly became a sales pitch. I was dissatisfied with the customer service so I contacted the manager to tell them the mechanics need to make it clear that the tiers for service were add ons and not required. He kindly gave me a free oil change. I returned yesterday for that free oil change. I had a mechanic follow through with me after my car was completed. He told me my antifreeze levels were below the minimal line, and it needed to be flushed. He then quoted me at $150. Now I may be a girl, but I know it does NOT cost $150 to top off antifreeze. Called my father who is a mechanic, he told me that to add antifreeze it is absolutely not required to flush the system. I was very disappointed because I feel that this is a facility that I can’t trust with my car and best interest. I won’t be returning.

We use these guys for all of our vehicles. They are professional and courteous, get us on the schedule quickly, and get the repairs done correctly.

Dont buy a battery from AAA when the guy come out and replaced my battery 2015 of December I was told my battery was a 7 year warranty battery. My battery went bad November 25 2020 called the Customer Service to report my battery was bad I had to get a jump start, the lady told me my battery is a 7 years warranty to take it to the care center in Huntersville, the guy told me my battery was 3years warranty and 3 years replacement where I would have to pay a pro rated fee for another one. Which wouldve cost me $127.00, I paid $149.00 for the battery so how is that pro rated. I told the guy at Auto Zone he said never buy a battery from AAA that I wasnt the only one who said that. He even said AAA just takes your money yes they did get over on me. I went to Auto Zone. AAA dont even deserve one star that is sad how they lied. Taking that one star back cause theyre not professional company at all. Couldnt take the star they dont deserve it🙄
