Super quick! I ordered at night and woke up to a message that my order was ready. Picking it up in the store was also quick. We love Target!

We spend a small fortune at this Target. I have honestly never had a bad experience until today. The lady named Debbie at self check out needs to be moved somewhere else. I’ve heard other people complain on mom pages but never had an encounter till today. My son throws his shoes and socks the SECOND I I put them on. He’s one and not walking yet so whatever. It’s almost 60° outside so cold yes, but not freezing. She comes up to me and says, where’s your babies socks? I said he pulled them off and won’t keep them on. Her response, “you know better than that.” I will take this to corporate because I’m tired of this women making unnecessary comments to moms. Trust me Debbie, I would love for him to keep his socks on, I’ve beat myself up about it this morning. What didn’t help was your rude comment to a mom who is a GOOD mom just trying her best. I ran in for 5 minutes (literally) to grab some milk for him. He was covered up in a stroller with a hat in there. Of course she didn’t see that because one little foot popped out while I was checking out. It may seem so little but what about the mom who can’t handle a comment like that? Shame on you!

This Target location is pretty decent, and standard as far as most retail stores go. They are mostly stocked, but sometimes lack in the medicine and food sections, likely due to the large amount of customers. The customer service is good, but they can take a while to finish helping others to get to you, (especially at the tech desk and Starbucks section) and are often busy, probably the effect of being understaffed. However they do the best they can, which is much appreciated.

This was an excellent Target! Their departments were pretty big compared to where I normally shop at! They had a huge selection of beauty products, and some products I have never seen before! They had a ton of products marked down, like stationary, bed sheets, and plenty of other great household items! I love their Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express as well!

Nastiest target I’ve ever been to. Shelves are half empty, and I found expired food in the refrigerated section. I asked an employee for help and they acted annoyed and told me to ask another employee. Self check out register was out of paper, so I had to wait several minutes for help. Target needs to shut this store down. Management should be ashamed.

Ive been to this store several times and I must say overall its a great place to shop. Its a very busy Target at pretty much anytime of the day on any day of the week. The only thing I would complain about is that they dont sell the target brand of pull ups in a smaller size. I had to buy the national brand :-/

Easy to get in and out of. Usually always fund what I am looking for. The staff is always helpful and polite. All safety procedures are followed by the staff and shoppers.

I love this Target. All the employees are kind and extremely helpful! Some I even call my friends now. Xia Carson and Amy at the Customer Service desk and Drive-Up are two of my favorite Target employees. Both ladies are extremely nice, always helpful, always smiling and both have amazing personalities! They both are always working so hard when I walk in and Xia is always running all over the place getting things done. They really get to know their customers and remember the names of the frequent ones, like myself!All the employees are helpful. I’ve been there before when a woman broke down in front of Target and while all the customers and/or passerbys were being rude and unhelpful. I asked Ethan, usually the cart guy, to grab some others to help push her out of the way. Two other employees plus Ethan and myself, helped push the woman into a parking spot, then went right back to work! I mean just simply amazing people!

Will never ever enter this Target again. Amy at the customer service desk, was of no service. She was rude, gruff & inappropriately dressed.

The store is clean and well stocked. the crew members are all wearing masks and cleaning areas for COVID protection. I like the manner in which your crew members say Hi and ask you if you need help as they pass by you- its kind engagement and makes me feel appreciated

The staff was fast, nice and helpful! It was so much easier (especially having two little kids) to place an order and pick it up! Made my target run much more enjoyable

Customer service there is fantastic!

I approached an employee to ask about something and instead of attempting to help me, she said “oh i’m sorry I don’t work in this section. I won’t be very much help,” and she walked away without saying a thing else. What kind of customer service is that? She could have found someone or called someone on the phone she was holding. This target sucks. Good luck trying to find anything here or getting someone tk help you.

I absolutely love this Target! the store was very clean and the shelves were stocked. The staff that worked there were very professional! I am from out of town and I was very impressed with this store. Also, I will like to add that I felt very safe there!

I was disappointed with the check out process. The cashier was spraying down the conveyor belt after each customer, but used a cloth towel each time to wipe it with. If wiping down the belt is meant to sanitize and protect, disposable paper towels need to be used, not a reusable towel. Who knows how often the towel is replaced/washed? Not impressed.

It was easy, convenient and quick! Plus it was like having a personalized shopper. I purchased a 2 pack chap-stick and the Target shopper picked out a 2 pack with a bonus chap-stick (3 sticks!). Will definitely utilize this service again.

The customers service was incredible! I went straight to customer service and they were able to scan my bar code, grab my items and then help me load up my car. Was so friendly! Cant wait to use this service again!

1/2 of the shelves in the store were empty and what items they had were limited in size an offerings.

We are in our seventies so drive up is super safe for us and much appreciated.

I have to say, Megan is one fast cashier. Everytime I shop here I go to her lane because you go through fast, no messing around with her. Shes friendly and always has a smile on her face, a genuinely nice person.

It has all of the items that any other Target has but this store seems dirty and very cluttered. It’s too tight. I would much rather go to the Northlake location about 9 miles down the road and I usually do.

I visited target last week, and I was pressed for time! I went up to customer service with some questions about a purchase that I needed to return. Amy greeted me with a smile. After thoroughly answering my questions, I walked away a happy customer. Thank you Amy for your friendly and sunny disposition! You went above and beyond. I love Target merchandise and layout. Its convenient to be able to pick up groceries while buying a gift for a baby! The new womens swimsuit options are adorable.

Megan the cashier tried to tell me she was closed after the gentleman that was in front of me even though her light was on and I had been standing in the line for quite some time. I said it shows you are open and either check me out or call a manager. She said you dont have to be so rude. I said then call a manager. She hurriedly cut her light off. She did check me out. I ask for her last name and she said I dont have to get you that. I said no problem I am sure they can find it from my receipt and the camera.

I love Target! Great bargains and I always use my Target app...easy quick and helps me save even more. If you don’t have the app, you should consider getting it. Easy to use and you do save more.

Extremely rude when you walk in the door and never have what you need. Worst target Ive ever been too.

I ordered 10 containers of 20 lb cat litter. When I went inside to pick them up, I thought someone would help me load them into my car...Im a senior citizen. The front end manager was the one who helped me...a bald guy with zero personality. He loaded the 200 pounds of litter in a cart for me, which I could hardly even push. He watched me struggle with the cart and its contents, as he walked away. I had even said to him that I didnt know how I was going to even get them in the car, because they were so heavy. He paid no attention to anything I was saying. He had me sign his thing, and he walked away, leaving me with 200 pounds of litter in a cart to deal with on my own. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, TARGET!!!

Great experience buy online and easy pickup. Lady who got my articles was friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. In and out in less then 10 minutes.

They have EVERYTHING! And the style (clothing, baby, home) is incredible. Plus, they’re adding so many organic/cruelty free/vegetarian options which is so appreciated.

Came at 9:40 and the self checkout registers were all being closed, was told to go to a line in register 2 with one item only to have someone else come up behind us with one item and she let him into the self checkout. The short blonde haired skinny lady was very loud about the registers and talked about missing money. Had to go through all the earrings completely because some were missing and some had none at all.

I love Target. Its a one stop shop. It is more organized and better stocked than many other big box retailers. Great stuff and great prices.

Pretty nice after the remodel. Wide aisles and good layout. The Magnolia Home section is well stocked.Loses points due to dated bathrooms. Fixtures are lacking and toilet paper is rough. Taking a little extra time in the loo while my wife shops is no longer a pleasant experience.

The store was prepared and the items were waiting in the drive up area when I arrived.

I bought a copy of From the Earth to the Moon Blu-Ray online on 7/19/19 for an in-store pickup. I then got an email saying they were out of stock. THIS WAS A LIE!I went in the next morning, found 2 copies sitting on the shelf. I went to purchase it and they REFUSED TO SELL IT TO ME!!! They said that the item didnt go on sale until 9/9/19.THIS WAS A LIE!You can go the website of any store that sells Blu-Rays and purchase this item today.The mindless automatons would not even try to help me. I was offering them money for their goods and they refused to sell something that was on their shelves.AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I wanted to address an incident that happened at your store. I witnessed one of your employees, cashier Megan handle a difficult customer very well. A woman came up and Megan said she was closed. The woman right away starting yelling at her that her light was on. She looked up and saw it was and I heard her immediately apologized to the woman and said she would check her out. The woman unfortunately kept berating Megan. Through all of this Megan remained calm, that she was sorry and she would check her out. The woman wasn’t paying attention to Megan and continued to complain while Megan checked her out. Thank you Target for hiring the type of people who can handle these types of situations.

Go to look at earrings, most packs had missing ones and some packs were completely empty, crafty security. The inhumanly skinny short-haired blonde lady who appears to be a manager of some sorts has bad customer service skills and treats people as catlle by closing the self checkout way before the store closes and only opening one register, the person behind me was able to skip to self checkout because he only had one item (as did I). She kept telling people she was ready to go home, wonderful.

SOLD ME FAKE APPLE PRODUCT AND THEIR ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. BE WARNED. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Great service at Huntersville Target

Store was ok but you got to be careful people will run you over with there car or trucks when you try to get in the store. The traffic was bad my day going there.

This is coffee shop related. Came here a couple days ago with my husband and was served by a wonderful happy duo. Names were Tristen and Anna Marie. They were efficient while having fun and getting along great. They knew everything about the menu... I asked tons of questions and they answered them all (I am not a coffee drinker)... Young girl taking orders helped the young man when drinks backed up. Glad I had a positive experience here. I think other people in line were to hard on them for no reason so I had to share me and my husbands story. Overall GOOD experience. Thank you Tristen and Anna Marie.

The item I purchased was labeled on the shelf with a lower price than what it rang up at register. The staff just said oh sorry and didnt do anything to rectify the price as to what it was labeled in the shelf. Had to wait for associate to Kyoto pieces of equipment just to verify price Store was messy. This is why I shop on Amazon .. Better selection and prices.

Horrible Customer Service. The manager Christine was rude and having another manager apologize for her behavior is not sufficient enough. I have lived in this community for over 20 years. And this is by far the worst Target around. Always out of stock, messy, and the most obnoxious employees. I will not be back to this store. Target need to retrain these employees in customer etiquette.

The store was very clean and organized

I used to work here. I was one of 4 people doing the cart attendant job. I got carts cleaned anything and was basically the grunt. In the first meeting with new hires everyone was told to be nice to my position because of the stuff we dealt with. I was very flexible I said I could work any day at any time except Sunday. The manager of the building refused to give me Sunday off I went through all the steps and had it denied. I told him I wouldnt be there because I had church he chewed me out in front of guests. Told my father who came in to talk with him the manager was the boss of the whole store and chewed out my dad. I talked to my customer service manager about it and she chewed out the manager of the store whose name is bill and she told me if he gives me problems to talk to her about it. So the big manager is a rude jerk and the workers for the most part are very friendly. One girl named Caitlyn is really great she works clothing and occasionally cashier. However the manager treats everyone like garbage and needs to either leave or straighten up.

Ive never had an issue with this Target. There always seem to be plenty of staff around to answer questions or help you checkout (except for one time where I had to wait a little longer than normal - it wasnt a big deal though). I like how they are constantly trying to restock items that are low. Also, the store is pretty neat and its easy to find the things that you need. I always choose Target over Wal-Mart because of the store cleanliness and overall shopping experience.

Plenty of parking spaces out front. Large store, with general merchandise on the left-hand side and groceries to the right. Decent selection of beer.

Unprofessional Customer Service People. Attempted to get information on a cell phone plan. 4 Customer Service people stood together 10 feet from us and joked and laughed with each other. All of them glanced at us, but made no attempt to assist us with our questions. 2 of them left the group and walked right by us, looking at us but offering no assistance. Glancing at their phones and texting as they walked by. Not the service I expected from this store.

The Dollar Spot is the main reason I go. Im taking one star away, because the Starbucks at this location is just horrible. From the rude people, to inaccurate orders, to employees not wearing name tags and not knowing the menu they put Starbucks to shame. Im taking another star away, second star, because I always seem to run into employees avoiding me when Im trying to get help and they NEVER have a name tag when this happens. Ive had to resort to describing them to the best of my ability when I complain. The third and final star Im taking away, because they never have enough cashiers. This is crazy considering the amount of people I know whove applied and were told no. Please Target call me Ill give you their names, they are willing to work. Ill leave them with two stars, because the store is always clean, customer service always helps me out after I have an issue and the location is up the road from me. Given the choice though I travel 25 minutes north and visit the Target in Mooresville. They are awesome!

I was looking for a simple for sale sig. Checked stationary. Also, hardware, which was more difficult because it is scattered in five areas (not one place: air filters, plumbing, paints, electrical, tools, garden, all separate). Finally asked a clerk, who took me to a supervisor, who looked it up on an inventory computer. They dont carry for sale or other signs.

This store needs to have its management take a look at its cashier .The young girl that waited on my wife was texting on her phone before she would check out my wifes items and could only speak two words. whats happen to customer service and doing your job. please management check on your people to do there job.

If there was not so much traffic gridlock inthe area, I would move to Moorseville and shop at this Target.

We love shopping here weekly. Everything from household goods to food shopping . The kids love the deep dish Pizza Hut
