Let me begin by saying I never take the time to write reviews but Primoprint is so far & above the competition and made my experience so positive I just had to.My print project was quite large and complex, I wrote to several of the top printers and more obscure printers online and Primoprint was the ONLY one who took the time to read my email and reply with an understanding of what I was trying to do plus a quote (at a GREAT price).This alone made me choose to work with them but their amazing support team stayed with me every. single. step. They answered questions I had about payment, shipping, printing, design, proof approvals, everything! They always replied quickly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was being funneled through a support system, it always felt like they were trying to genuinely understand my project and help me.This all wouldnt mean much if the project was subpar but it turned out PERFECTLY. Every concern I had was put to rest and the final product, a massive 46 sets of unique printed cards were all beautiful, clear and of a consistent, high professional quality (which still blows my mind because the price was so good).I will be working with Primoprint again and again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs prints :)

Telephone communications about a custom project quote went very poorly start to finish, the last representative was constantly interrupting and refused to listen and comprehend. Requested owner to call but hasnt. Have done business with this company for many years and this was the worst experience ever.

I couldnt decide how to go about having a business card made. I saw they had a nominal fee to create one for you. This task was given to Brooke at PrimoPrint. I made payment and within about an hour I had 3 designs to choose from. I took elements from all three and asked her to do that. She came back one more time very quickly with another design. It was ALMOST perfect. We changed 2 minor details and BOOM, business card. She held my hand the whole way through the process and even checked back to make sure everything was perfect. The cards were printed and the only thing I could possibly complain about is that shipping was slow in a VERY minor way. I would definitely do business with them again. Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Excellent final product! I cant rate their design work as I sent my own graphics to be printed as posters. However, when I had any questions, I used their online contact form and they responded in minutes! Their short run poster prices are the best around. You will not be disappointed.

During the whole process our customer had some last minute changes. The printing had already been done, but Primo Print was willing to work with us on getting all this done again. Ive ordered several business cards and Primo Print is by far the best Ive ordered from so far.I would highly recommend these guys for any business cards you may need. I ordered the plastic pvc business cards from them and they exceeded my expectations. They did a matte finish on the back side and some of the elements of the front side of the card. Primo is the only trade printer Ive ever worked with that feels more like a partner, than a vendor. Theyve earned my trust by allowing me to turn over print files, and demonstrating attentiveness and integrity with regards to my orders. Theyve saved me on more than one occasion, and I highly recommend them.

I found Primoprints website tedious to use to find out what different business card options cost. Each time you select one option, you have to re-select a bunch of other options, so it takes forever to get a sense of which options cost what. Their shipping was almost twice that of competitors. The online card previews were wrong, but the cards came out (almost) right. Quality and price seem good, so its a shame the website experience isnt better.

I was hesitant at first, worrying that a print shop offering so many elaborate products at great prices with impressive turn around times had to be too good to be true. I looked for any bad reviews that might have been made about the company that would confirm my suspicions but was pleasantly surprised by countless rave reviews!I have to say that the orders we have received from Primo Print have been stunning, luxurious, and on the mark. We had only one issue so far with the spot gloss not matching the text on one order, but once I reported this to the company, my issue was addressed quickly, with sincerity, and without any complications or drama. This is a far cry from some other companies which transfer you from person to person, asking all the same questions over and over, all while acting hostile, impatient, and as if youre trying to cheat them. I ordered biz cards for a client and had them shipped directly to them. The client was delighted with the quality and overall look. I saw them for the first time about a month later, and realized my order for 2 rounded corners had been done as all 4 corners rounded. Clearly the client hadnt noticed, and they were perfectly usable cards, but I let PrimoPrint know something had gone amiss with their bindery (purely as a courtesy). Their CS got back to me within an hour, insisted on a reprint to correct the corners, and the new order shipped out in just two days. (And remember, I was reporting this over a month after the order was received!) Very impressive response, and its why I keep using these guys faithfully.
