GIVE THIS LOCATION A CHANCE!!I am from out of town but I am a Sally shopper wherever I go. This location was the closest to my hotel and I was so shocked about the bad reviews and horrible rating so I wanted to experience this myself.It is a new Sally all around. The associates are all new as well as the manager! She is from another Sally taking this one over. A true sweet heart and face of Sally. She is working hard to correct the wrong of others.Once again, GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE!

Please read reviews prior to going. I love Sally’s and have always bought my purple shampoo here. On 03/29/19 I arrived at 9:27 A.M. because according to google the store opened at 9 A.M. I’m very familiar with the Sally’s in Concord and have never had an issue with the hours, odd you wouldn’t be open almost 9:30 A.M.on a Friday. According to another review they had the same issue. No worries though, I went to Target who was in fact open and they gladly assisted me in finding purple shampoo. Thanks Sally’s!

The young lady that helped me was very patient with a customer who was there before me. If you know what I mean.

Im disgusted by how these employees treat their customers, acting friendly wont cover the fact that we know we have been talked about or overhearing it... save your money and go to the beauty supply store on sunset, dont waste your time for snarky and disrespectful managers and employees like the ones at this location.

Staff members are ALWAYS so nice and friendly!! Just a great environment and very inexpensive!! Staff will help you find whatever you need and what will be best for you!

Terrible customer service. I had a valid 25% coupon & they refused to honor it.They ask me to call the it department while I was still in their store & take care of the coupon problem myself.

The worst Sallys Ive ever been to. I went in in Sunday 1/28 for an exchange without a receipt so I got the lowest price possible, which was fine. What wasnt fine was how the employees handled the transaction. The younger one rudely told me I couldnt hold my exchange at the register while I shopped. Then told another girl to do the exchange but they ended up doing it together so the younger one could learn but they ended up shocked at how little I was getting back for the products then said it wasnt worth me exchanging the products. I wish I walked out instead of standing there being told I was stupid and then spending more money. I wont be back to this Sallys or many others for a while.

This store has TERRIBLE customer service. Well, I cant actually say I was a customer since I was rudely turned away at 7:50pm (closed at 8). I popped in just to ask if they had a particular brand of dry shampoo and before the door even shut behind me and could get the words out of my mouth, the RUDE employee at the register hastily says, We are closing in 4min. What do you need??. I just turned around and walked out. Now I see why this store has TERRIBLE reviews. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Workers were very nice and helpful. Manager was a bit brusque for North Carolina, but was quite helpful overall.

If I could give this store less then a star I would.The elderly women ( JCF ) working the store alone was nicer to everyone in the store but myself and I realized it was because every women in there aside from myself was around her age, needing advice for hair color and what not. She didnt even speak to me while at the register. Not even a welcome to sallys, but she made sure to say it to the women who came in after me.Completely rude!

Really rude employees .I dont even think they know they are being rude. They are just snide, condescending, irritated that they have to be there employees.I was told today that I asked the dumbest question the lady had ever heard in her life while proceeding to laugh in my face.I may not know a lot of things about hair or beauty care, but I do know how these people treated me and how I left feeling belittled and dumb.There is a reason why people are writing such poor reviews. If I were upper management I would keep this store under careful watch. I will never go to another Sallys Beauty Supply ever, just short of management calling me to apologize for the way I was treated in their store today.

Always nice and helpful

My wife just refused to be allowed in the store at 5:57 PM on a Sunday because the employee Kelsey told her she was closed. There were people still in the store and someone was checking out. I called to ask why she was refused and was told that their computer system auto locks at 6:00 PM then was rudely hung up on. DONT SHOP HERE!!
