I always like to shop here, the people are friendly and very helpful. I dont like the music and ads they have in the store now, makes me anxious and cant concentrate on what I came in for. I used to spend more time and money in the store, but leave because of the music/ads. Maybe corporate should rethink this plan.

I like the stores personnel. They always ask if I need help. Its a very busy store and have had to wait to ask a question. I dont mindWhen Im able to ask a question, most personnel gives me undivided attention and answer my questions. If I cant find something, Im taken to that section. If the item is out-of-stock. Im informed when a next shipment is due. Also the personnel will suggest he/she can order the item or gives me a suggestion that I can go to Hancocks web site and order. The second reason I shop Hancocks is the fabulous sales!!

I love this place for sewing materials and craft ideas. Its unfortunately closing for good 😳😭😔

10-8-12 just visited Hancock in Huntersville. They are under new management and it was a great experience. They were welcoming when i came in and VERY helpful with smiles on their faces. Give it another try, you will be surprised.
