Horrible customer service. I spent 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon in the store. Upon entering and receiving no greeting, I listened to the two employees discussing drinking, upcoming trips, celebrating 21st birthdays and being hungover. Not once was I asked if I needed assistance or if I had any questions. I left disappointed and disgusted by their behavior. I will never step foot in there again.

Called 15mins prior to closing to gather information for a client, and as soon as the sales person (Charles) answered the called said please hold and after waiting for 15mins he decided to come back to the line say they were close..Now let me just say I am a contractor and I will make sure to let other contractors know how bad of customer service is given to us the people who brings the majority of their clients in.

Went in at 2 different times on a Sunday. At morning and afternoon the poor guy was scrambling and several parties including myself had to wait 15-20 minutes. Thats no fun, please add staff.

CS is excellent at this store unlike Big Bxx stores they know their products.

The guys behind the counter at the Huntersville are real pros. They understand their products and help you find the right paint for your project. While Im not a professional painter, we paint frequently and only use Sherwin-Williams!!

This is my FAVORITE paint store. Why? Best paint and best people. I was in there a week ago and suffering between 10 shades of white. Ugh. James told me that a sale was starting last Friday so if I wanted the paint I should come back and get 40% off. I came back yesterday with my husband and decided on Bunglehouse Blue. James then went through all the paint options and recommended the perfect formula for our bathroom. Because we have builder grade paint on our walls, he explained the surface would be prone to lots of absorption. But our new paint will be much better. More durable and beautiful. Also, On top of being honest, James is a funny and warm person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Go see James. Tell him Elisabeth and Bungalow Blue say hello.

Every time I go in the store the manger Is always at his desk and never helps out, even when the staff is extremely busy. I’ve seen him flirt with female customers, if I could give 0 stars I seriously would. HR needs to do something about that manager.

High quality products, very helpful & friendly staff. Check for coupons for discounts. I used their emerald level paint in our master bath & after months still no issues with peeling, bubbling up etc several friends have had issues in their bathrooms with paint due to steam. I think emerald is the way to go, also used it on kitchen cabinets & it worked great!

This place is a bit pricy so I always feel like I have to wait for a sale to buy paint, but its worth it. The staff has always gone out of their way to help me figure out what I need and get it taken care of. The person working there carried all my paint out to my car for me, which was a nice touch. Ive had some nightmare experiences getting paint at Lowes, so this was a nice change of pace.
