Originally was 5 star. Decent price and shipping. Ive dealt with all the major classic car part online stores and never had them come back and Blindside me with an extra $44 shipping charge. The original quote was the original quote these guys havent got it together shop elsewhere I wont be returning to Classic Industries.They answer with their famous line.... contact us if there is anything else we can doThey didnt do anything but SCREW IT UP FURTHER. I reluctantly paid the extra shipping fee which they didnt process.The car sat incomplete for a month longer.The woman would not call back or email???I had to go by phone and wait a half an hour to get through to resolve THEIR MISTAKES. Shop elsewhere, its all the same products regardless where you order.

Catalog has misprints, received wrong order, customer service rep argued with me over the phone about it. Had to order additional parts that were backordered after 2 months called and canceled and told parts were actually in stock after all, canceled anyway. Im giving 1 star instead of zero because of the one person Marcus that I spoke with yesterday. I ordered parts from Classic Industries for the first time on July 12th, at check out I paid the shipping fees. On July 14th I received an email saying to call as I required to pay more shipping fees. I called and spoke with a Kyle who said pay them or dont he didnt care however if I dont they will cancel my order. I needed the parts so I paid an additional shipping charge. Yesterday July 21 I receive an email from UPS, the shipping company Classic Industries has hired to ship my parts, saying that if I want my parts delivered then I was now required to pay additional fees. When I called to inquiry as to why I have to pay 3 sets of shipping fees Marcus tried to help by talking to his supervisor. His supervisor said that because I choose UPS as the broker I am responsible for any fees they choose to charge me. I pointed out that Classic Industries choose the shipper not me and that I had already paid twice for the shipping fees and should not now be expected to pay again. He said he had never hears of this and agreed that this is not right however if I refuse to pay again that my parts might get returned to Classic Industries. After further conversation he politely transferred me to a department that could better deal with this. I left a message for a Jonathon and of course no one has returned my call. This morning I received an email for UPS saying that my parts are not going to be delivered today due to outstanding fees, even though the parts are less then an hour away, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

If I could give them a 0, I would. I placed an order with them in December 2020. I never received the item I ordered. No one ever followed up with me to provide the status of my order. I had to continuously contact them for updates and it took them days to get back to me. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend them.

Hate to complain about a company, but when they fail to back product that they sell it’s time I spoke up. Purchased a front end rebuild kit for my 1966 Nova. Because of this Virus situation I was unable to get help putting my front end together until this past month. I took my car to a shop to get an alignment and was told the lower ball joints were bad. Informed Classic about the bad ball joints. Was told it was past warranty. Do not order any product until you are ready to install. I will not use Classic in the future!

First and last purchase from this company! I wish I could give them a zero! Ordered a bumper and never received it. Classic blames UPS and UPS said they never picked it up from Classic. Customer service was terrible, always promising to call me with status, but never once received a call, always had to call them and wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes only to be told every time they are still investigating and cannot credit my account. Never received part and could not get another shipped because they are out of stock, go figure. Now Im working with my credit card company to resolve and get my money back.

Ive been working on a 67 mustang I6- v8 302 swap and California mustang has almost everything i need to do the conversion (besides a custom t5 swap and 9rear end with posi. diff.) and with the help of Rich (sales man) telling me what i need for the conversion and bouncing ideas off of each other, its been a great experience, i will always come back if theres anything i need for my car, plus they have a all mustang car show ounce a year witch is just a added bonus

Im trying ...and failing....to remember ever placing an order with Classic Industries where I was 100% happy and exclaimed Wow, THATs really good service. Nothing really horrible has happened but nothing really good, either. Sorry, and I hate to sound peevish, but itll always be my 3rd or 4th choice. I came here because they were the only place that carries a front brake wheel cylinder for a 57 chevy 3100, covid restrictions are still being applied so with that being said you have to go up to their front door and get a number, they will announce your number over a loud speaker and what station you have to walk up to to order your parts, once you ordered all your parts you will be given key fob type thing that will buzz once all your parts are up front but you have to go outside and wait, security guard will open and close the door for you, Im guessing they dont want you spreading your germs at their establishment. Other than that its definitely my go to place for hard to find parts for any classic car or truck.

Normally dont wright reviews but... waited an hour out side when there was only 2 pple in front of me finally get in the store told them i want seat belts for my suburban, then they make you wait out side again for another 30 mins for them to call your number again just to get your part you were just in there asking for its a joke and a major waist of time .on top of all that i make it home and start installing the seat belts only to find out one is broken ! you guy really need to come up with a better system ! unless you just like wasting peoples time !!! now have to go back only to have to wait in line twice again for for over an hour .

After thoroughly shopping around, they have earned my business for a 1980 Camaro and a 1966 Mustang, by having competitive prices and excellent product selection. Husband ordered 2 pieces of glass it arrived wrong, called back and explained they sent the wrong glass was on hold for 1.5 hours and sent another set of glass and only one piece will fit and charged for all items and wont return anything. We have $1800 of worthless glass sitting in our shop. NOT HAPPY!

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this company. Many fake reviews, different people sharing the same photos. The real reviews are the ones with 1 star. I ordered a fender, and received the wrong side in a mislabeled box. Krystal, at ext 1368 gave me a RMA and informed me I would receive a return shipping label to get it back. After many emails not answered, and waiting on the phone for someone to answer for many tries over 20 min, I have decided to ship it back in hopes for a return credit, which is highly unlikely. From my experience I wouldnt recommend this company for anything.

Absolutely outstanding place to get Camaro parts especially if youre restoring a car like Im doing, Jeff Leonard has a great business here and his general manager Mark my god he has helped me on more issues on my car than anybody else has ever done .When I was there last week I asked for Sean the guy normally see at the counter and I was told he was in the back, the guy I had to deal with I feel he should NOT BE working there, he was very rude thats not the type of person that Jeff Leonard normally hires and this character didnt even know very much about 67 A Camaro anyways .PLEASE put Sean ( he is A great guy and is courteous and knowledgeable ) so PLEASE PUT HIM BACK back out on the showroom counter as hes the one I see normally and I like to see when I go into the store .

Placed large order for the first time with Classic yesterday. They called me back today and left a message about ccard verification problems. Order is now on hold. I tried to call them back multiple times. Total hold time (3 calls) is going on 36 minutes. No chat feature. I emailed only to get a response they would return my request within 5 days. Still on hold as I type.Update- Dialed zero for the operator a got a human. The only thing she could do was transfer me. 4 calls - total hold time now an hour. This is my first step on a large project. Its a shame, the website ordering worked well. If I have a problem Im on an island.

I ordered parts in January, it is now almost August and after many emails I still have not received one part at all. I was promised a refund of the $800+ I paid back then, but this has not happened either! This is so frustrating!I understand that the COVID problems didnt help, but still, 7 months is a long time to wait for parts or a refund, and it doesnt look like I will be getting anything back in the near future.Now I have to try to get my money back through the credit card agency. I ordered parts for my classic car and was given an estimate of about a week and no one got back to me after that week. I had to call for them to tell me they had all the parts and that they were on back order because of the current situation. I understand that, but what I don’t understand is why they couldn’t have the decency to call me and let me know that they were going to be late on my orders. I just recently called again to inquire as to the whereabouts of my parts since now the parts are almost a month late and now I’m being told that one of the parts was not in stock and they have to order that part before they can get it to their warehouse and ship it to me. Again, I understand the back order but why am I not being called about delays in the shipping process. Instead I have to wait an hour to get on a phone call and find out what’s going on with my shipment. They even advised I look somewhere else for the part after telling me they had it. Will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a hood tachometer for my 1967 firebird from Classic Industries. The first time they sent me a tach with no instructions and missing parts. I emailed Richard for the instructions, he emailed me a set. I spent my Saturday installing the $350.00CAD tachometer only to find out that the instructions he sent me were wrong. I reached out to Richard and sent him pictures, he agreed that the instructions were wrong and said he would send me a new tachometer as the old one was now no good due to the fact it was wired incorrectly.I received the new tachometer a few weeks later, installed the new tachometer only to find out again! The instructions were wrong! I reached out to Richard to let him know and he hasnt responded since! Ive emailed him 3 times! NO RESPONSE! I have 2 broken tachometers, over $450.00 invested with 2x shipping charges and 2 Saturdays of my time wasted! Not even a sorry! I want my money back! If you give a company 2 trys and they still cant deliver isint that fair?These guys are crooked! This could have caused damage to other items in my car! Customer beware!Dont order any parts from these guys! I even warned them in my emails that I was going to leave a negative review on Google about my experience...... no response! I do NOT recommend Classic Industries. I wanted to order three rather small items, they tried to charge from shipping to Finland individually as if they were shipping them one at a time, even though the items could fit perfectly into one package, then I tried contacting them multiple times through their website and via email about ordering something to location in US and even trying to ask if I could pick them up myself and asking how much sooner should I place the order, and never got an answer. Then I decided that its much easier to order anywhere else, this time from Amazon. And it took me 9 minutes, when Classic Industries couldnt even answer my question in 30-days. You could NEVER do this kind of customer service in Finland etc. or youd lose your business and reputation.

Rachel is great, her customer service skills and professionalism is on point. If you need to order upholstery for your project/build then I recommend doing it immediately because it will take 3-4 months to arrive regardless of what they tell you. I had one guy say 4-8 weeks and another salesperson say 3-6 months. Its all over place. Another thing that is frustrating is they wont charge you until the item arrives in their warehouse, which in my case took almost 4 months.I really wish that I can have the option to only deal with one salesperson only but unfortunately that is not the case so I will only be doing my ordering online from now on.

This place used to be awesome. I put in an order 5 days ago and they never even bothered to process the payment or set up the order. 25 minute plus wait times to speak with someone. I get that covid is going on but jegs and summit are able to keep it together. I called jegs for the order I needed they ran my card charged me on the spot and are shipping out from texas same day. Sad day as I did thousands of dollars a month with these guys that they could not hold on or function half as good as their competition. Not going to waste my time with these guys again after all this and they could care less. If you read this order somewhere else save your self the headache these guys company has fallen apart badly.

IF you get you ordered parts, everything seems fine. BUT the time for order processing (about 2 weeks, though every part is in stock) and an additional week for shipping is from the last century... During this time you don´t get any information (email about order status), because customer communication seems to be alien concept for this company... On top the Service is factual not available: several emails are not be answered for about 5 - 6 days...

Placed an order early afternoon on a Wednesday, I called Monday morning because items in stock still had not shown as shipped, arrogant customer service rep said it had shipped days ago but had no proof. He also said besides website said 3-10 days for arrival, I said really, and 5 of that is just leaving the facility? Mind you they took payment for the items right away . He said we are very busy and ship 500 orders a day, I said Amazon ships millions a day, maybe Classic is just understaffed or inefficient. We are on day 6 and I finally received UPS conformation that they picked up items at 7:30pm Monday from Classic, now I have to wait for the items to go from the west to east coast, probably faster than Classic got them from the shelf to the shipping dock, Sad. They have a huge selection, but so do dozens of other places, wont make this mistake again thats for sure.

Great place and everything in stock. Only complaint is they lay your body panels on the floor for viewing and they might have dents in them. I asked about the process and he said we take them out of the box so you can view them, theyre sold as is with you having to do body work, remove dents and scratches from the panels. I understand taking them out of the boxes for space and for customer viewing but selling them at full price with dents? He explained the way we see it theres about 9 to 18 hours of body fitting and prep to get each panel ready for paint .

Good selection and lots of parts, BUT quite possibly the slowest place in the world. If you need anything in a hurry go elsewhere. Also if you need assistance forget it. I called to order a choke rod and the girl told me they dont carry them. I hung up and got my catalog, looked up the part number, and called and ordered it. High shipping charges too.UPDATE:I returned the 2 items that did not fit and was only issued a partial refund. They were new, unopened in original packaging.I also paid return shipping. This is also well over a month after I sent it back. This place is horrible, Id never bother to order from here again.I dont see how this company is even in business with such poor service from start to finish. Buyer Beware.
