Chill place, quiet in the morning. Came here because my friend told me this is where he got his LED lights for his truck.Just wanted turn signal lights but ended up going for all rear LED and dome light swap hahaha. All good. Probably be back for some headlights later…

This place is usually great. Took a star off because their site and store both say open at 930. I showed up to the parking lot at 9. Waited till 945 and store was still closed. Sucks because I drove 40 mins to get here. Ill still come back just because they have great service when its open

Bought a set of led fog lights for my 19 ram 1500 2 years and 3 months ago. Overall the light quality was good until one stopped working a week ago. Unfortunately there is only a 2 year warranty so I did not get a replacement. My truck has 930 total hours on it (34,000 miles) so I would assume less than 500 hours with lights on. That is pretty questionable quality in my eyes to last less than 500 hours. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the saber led lights because of the quality and longevity of the bulbs

Good place to buy your LED HIDs

Hate to have to change my review from a 5 star to a 3 star.... i found out about this place through a close friend of mine... but the quality of product has gone down a bit... i ended up going here to pick up some L.E.Ds back up lights for my truck, and 1st set didnt fit well, i had to trim my taillight houseing a bit to get the lights in, then they were popping off from the harness base connector, so i went back and picked up some other ones... installed the new set of leds, and pretty much the same thing the keep popping off! Not gonna ding other products because ive had good experience with other lights, but i was a bit disappointed with this purchase and another one that really set me back with money, time and gas!

Great shop for lighting upgrades

I have been an online customer of theirs since 2011. The 55w HID kit I bought for my E36 M3 in 2011 was still going strong when I sold the car in 2020. Recently on a trip to Huntington Beach, one headlight went out on a retrofit I had purchased from a 3rd party for my Honda. I googled for a local company that might sell HID and was so happy to see DDM was just down the street from me. I called and they were so great, took time to help me understand my options. When I drove over later that day, there was only 1 poor guy holding down the fort because his coworker recently had surgery. This guy was skipping lunch in order to take care of his customers. Major kudos to him and the company for great service and products.

Horrible service today.. never before.looking for lifetime warranty replacement for discolored bulb. DDM POLICY can only supply diff color bulbs or pay $50 for new. no one wants to rock 2 diff colors headlights.

Local and online hid and led lighting supplier. Pretty good products and the fact that there is an actual brick and mortar store makes it my go to for projectors and led or hid stuff. Much easier to return or exchange this way

Fix your hours... drove 45 minutes to your store only to be greeted by a sign that says closed November 26 and 27... today is the 25th lol come on

From the moment I walked into the store till the time I left, I was in complete awe with the customer service this woman provided! Her product knowledge was scary! She knew part numbers by heart and options based on price point... She reeked of class and was probably the owner! Having had my own retail store years ago, I would still have my store if I had an employee as good as this girl was! I just wish I had more than one car so I could buy more lights!

Ive been going here for years. Not sure if Ill be back now, though. They used to be an awesome company. Not so much anymore. Their customer service has taken a huge hit, and their products are all made in China now. The LED headlights used to be great quality, and a huge value for the price, but not anymore. Ive had to return more items in the last year (because theyve stopped working) than I have in the last 10 years Ive been using them. Ive already had 3 bulbs on 3 different vehicles LITERALLY BURST INTO FLAMES. They used to have a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty on all their products, but theyve changed it to a 1 year. Not cool. As a final note, their prices are a little ridiculous for the cheap Chinesium you get. Step up your game DDM.

I wasnt thrilled with customer service from the Asian guy at the old store, (I dont remember his name)but luckily not everyone there was rude. Some went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the resolution where I heard the other guy whisper why are you trying so hard? Im still a customer since 2010, kits are awesome and so are the LED lights!! Ive installed three kits so far plus all kinds of LED upgrades and they look amazing.
