This place steals your money, promised to build a set of 700 headlights, never gave me updates, never called me, asked for a refund they wouldnt do it, and they are rude af. avoid at all costs.

I took my car to this place to get a transmisión conversion, I got it back 2 days later than I was supposed to, I got it with check engine light that wasn’t there before with no explanation, and the employees were extremely rude when I asked questions. Not to mention the transition is grinding. I’m never coming back here. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

HID Masters is a great place, had my headlights and fog lights replaced with LED which makes a huge difference. Went to these guys and got exactly what I was looking for. Straight up, They got the job done quick and clean . Definitely coming back with another vehicle to do another light changeThanks guys

Honestly idk what I can say about this place but as a family of 4, with two children, I know that my car was not safe or operable after it was repaired here. Don’t trust this place

Stopped by to ask some question’s about the ballast they use and Ben helped me out even though they were closed. I ended up buying a HID kit from them and Ben helped through it all. Ended up having some issues due to the factory bulb retainer and ended up going back to the shop to get help from them. Ben got the bulbs installed and the lights have been perfect! Great customer service all the way. Ben is the man and I highly recommend this shop. Great Work

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. MY LIGHTS ARE BLINKING AND I TAKE BACK AND THEY SAID ITS A ISSUE WITH YOUR TRUCK I PUT THE ORIGINAL AND STOP THE BLINKING. LOL When I was there somebody else came with the same issue and they say the same thing don’t waste your $100 here Just got it from Amazon

BUYER BEWARE This company has owed me $224.80 since Feb. 2020 for 2 sets of headlights that I have returned for a refund. He has both sets of lights and my money. I have had to resort to contacting the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau hoping to resolve this issue.

I’ve had really good customer service from them. I had my driver side hid go out and I took my truck back to them and they replaced it no questions asked. My right side hid just went out and I’m about to take it back to then this week to get it fixed. They do such great and amazing work and they are so fast and friendly.

The best in the area for lighting and repair. You really can’t go wrong with their expertise, quality, and attention to customer service. Be sure to call for an appointment since they can get busy with scheduled jobs.

It was okay until a month, when it started to rain and noticed my headlights having droplets and moisture inside and when i checked they didnt seal the cover/cap. They didnt even secure the ballast, its just hanging and moving everywhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I RETURNED MY ITEMS AND HE STILL OWES ME MONEY FOR MY RETURN. THIS PLACE IS ROBBERY

Better than I expected! The were able to install the HIDs I brought in about 30 minutes on my 2016 Mazda 3. I also had them install matching LED fog lamps

Personally had a bad experience with one of the shop owners Ben. Nasty in emails and labeling me sue happy Karen for email purposes. From what I see their friends write 5* reviews and real customers who take the time to review, they reply to tell them to call the owner. Young guys that obviously need training in business and customer service. Not BBB accredited either

Found this place via Yelp and he did a fantastic job on the install...the passenger side wiring had an issue and he eventually figured it out although it took longer than he expected. I look forward to being able to see better at night with these new lights

Horrible. Bad attitude. Expects you to know your aftermarket bulb sizes and specs. Just look under the hood, i dont work there. Card machine dont work. I walk into his showroom and hes smoking a cigarette. Worst experience ever.

They were the first people able to explain why I was having certain errors intermittently. Work quality is great and prices are fair. Ill be coming back for more work done.

Place an order on may 15, now july 18 and still no news. Leave 2 emails and try to contact them but still nothing. I have to contact my bank for the refund... not too happy

After a few months I had a minor issue with a flickering bulb, I set an appointment to get it checked out. Not only did they replace the one bulb that was flickering but changed both free of charge. He also carefully attended to the maintenance of previously installed HID parts and ballast and re-strapped and secured my parts for free. Just want to say that I have not met a business owner who cared more about the satisfaction of his customers than I did with Misha. Check him out on yelp, there are more than 100 reviews that are satisfied with his service, that says a lot about reliability and consistency. So have no fear of what may or may not happen to your vehicle because HIDmasters will be more than happy to accommodate to your needs and they also have the skills, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to fix whatever issue that arises.

Misha # 1 He is quick and very affordable for the high quality of his work!Ive been here for two different cars.They have a lifetime warranty on all their HIDs and they mean it. Do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else.

Customer Service is absolute garbage! Will not honor their warranty. You are put through hoops to prove that the product is theirs.How about stamping or engraving your product l, instead of asking people for receipts? A snake like way to get out of honoring your goods.Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else. Much bigger fish out there that stand by what they sell, without the hassle that these mom and pops small businesses put you through!

Lifetime warranty is Great. They do a good job but the labor cost was a a little bit on the expensive side for the what he did. Other than that I will still recommend it. Bulb or ballast gives out they replace it for free.

I was told that there LED headlights are canbus, just to find out that thats not true. I had to purchase a canbus decoder from a different seller. I have purchased a few HID kits from them and always have had issues. I have tried to support them, but I just cant anymore.

Terrible business, do not recommend. Had their H.I.D. bulbs in my newer truck for 4 years now and they have burnt out 5 times, terrible products and even worse service. Went in for a replacement head light bulb, under warranty, at 1pm on a Friday and the place was all locked up except for the bay door (website said open until 7pm, they did not answer their phone) and there was one guy working on cars in there. when i asked about a quick warranty repair he said no we are closed. i asked if I could have the bulb to install myself, he raised his voice and said no we are closed, you need to leave. I asked again for the bulb, and he cussed at me told me to get out now and slammed the bay door right behind me. They have still not answered their phone once. Terrible business, would never recommend allowing them to touch your car. save your money for a better shop that treats customers properly.

Installation of my fog lights was amateurish, charged $240 to install fog lights, connected direct to battery so if I forget to turn them off my battery dies. Switch was wired and left hanging inside the car door. This is 2nd time they screwed up, Masters of none! Save your money, dont use this place.

I ordered replacement HID bulbs and have not received them. I called about a week after purchase and I was told they were barely being shipped “that day”. It’s going on the the second week and I still haven’t received my HID replacement bulbs. If your not picking up your replacement bulbs, order elsewhere!

Service was 10/10, they truly care about the work they do and do not run up the cost. Definitely have my business and will refer them to everyone I know.
