I would NOT recommend. I only came in for an oil change but the mechanic performed other services I didn’t even ask for. Then when I came to pick it up he had already charged me for the extra service upon arrival without consulting me first, AND lied to me about the price for a simple oil change that he had originally told me on the phone. I tried to express my discomfort with this. But he only offered to undue the extra service that was already too late to do so with, and claimed that he was trying to be a gentleman by doing extra for me. I’m pretty sure he just pulled a price out of the air, then knocked off $20 just to try to convince me I was getting a good deal, because when I asked to see a more official outline or proof of more solidly set prices and the breakdown, he didn’t have one. I chose just to bite the bullet since it was already too late to have a turnover, as mentioned, but I think I definitely got scammed.

Cranks auto repair is amazing! They take really great care of their customers and I would be more than happy to go to them again. I never write reviews but I had to for this place. I have had such bad luck with mechanics and I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this GEM! Everyone at this shop is nice and extremely helpful. I dont know much about cars but they make sure to explain everything to you in a way that you know they are being honest. They also really try to work with you and give you the best price possible. I have already told a bunch of people about this place and I will continue to do so.

After reading many positive reviews on Yelp about the great service at Crank’s Auto Repair, I decided to go talk to them about having work done that had been recommended by another shop. After test-driving and diagnosing my 2004 Camry’s condition, Alen recommended instead that I have him replace my car’s head gasket. He also did a complete check-up of my car and topped off all the fluids. His final charge was only $220, which was $50 less than the $270 estimate he quoted! If you’re looking for a great mechanic you can really trust, Alen will save you a lot of money and hassle. Now I know firsthand why Crank’s Auto Repair gets such great reviews! They do great work!

I have been going to Crank’s since they first opened. They are the absolute best! Their prices are fair and reasonable. Whether it be for a minor oil change or a major repair (they have done both for me), they will take excellent care if you and your family. I recently had them replace my transmission and they did an excellent job. Alen will take great care of you and make you feel like family. I give them my highest recommendation!

Mohammad is exactly the honest hard-working man archetype! He fixed my brothers struts and did an excellent job and also in timely manner. The prices are also very reasonable and more than anything, you can tell Mohammad is proud of his work and hes trying to do a good job. Overall, great place to get your car serviced or repaired. I got my nephews car fixed here and they did an excellent job. The car engine kept cutting off, so we were worried that it was a transmission issue. However, Mohammad was able to troubleshoot the problem and we didnt have to spend a lot of money on replacing the transmission! Hes a very honest guy and does a great job!

Great place, great crew. I called in because I blew a fuse and was not trying to run all the way across town to buy something so minimal when my time was limited. I called these fine folks, and they kindly offered to find me one. I drove over, they took my blown fuse, found me a new one and sent me on my merry way without even charging anything. Next time I need anything done to my mercedes, I will definitely be taking it here.

Excellent service and very professional experienced technicians. I brought my car in for 100k mile service and Alan did the service for hundreds of dollars less than the dealership and without having to be without my car for the entire day. These guys were fast and completed the service in under an hour. I definitely will be back again.

Honest and dependable work.

I get gas the shell station and noticed they have a shop and have a sign that say free scan for check engine lights. I needed breaks and they change $80 plus the cost of parts. After they were done I needed o2 Sensor to pass smog. Allen said he would do it for $80. I bought the o2 sensor from auto zone. Dont do that cause the after market ones sometimes dont work. That $80 job turned into &220 cause it took him so long. Paid him drove 60miles the light came back on. He said now its my fan $ 120 and he said my o2 sensor is working but its the fan now...Drove 60 miles light comes back on. Came back him and his friend that works there said its my catalytic converter and said that would be $1000 so I drive for Uber and the took all week to make that money. I decided to take the car to the dealership they said it was my o2 sensor bank one up stream, the original problem. They fixed everything in one hour for $140. I passed smog later that same day.

Great place highly recommend! Very Honest and reasonable.I needed an emergency weekend mechanic to fix my brakes and rotors for my road trip on Monday they were the only place opened on Saturday that would see me last minute. Alen, the Manager there was great! Gave me different performance option based on my budget and and an over estimate upfront Took my car in and within a couple hours I was good as new. I even paid a little less than I expected. Ill definitely be coming back to get my other brakes replaced.
