Its open late well organized store, always has more then what I need and I love my 5% off Red Card

Terribly ran. Always are understaffed on the checkout line. They have no problem having you wait 15 mins to checkout. It’s kind of insane lol

Terrible customer service. I asked an employee if they had a shirt in store that I saw online. They could not be bothered. They were dismissive and wouldnt even look at me or the picture I had on my phone for reference. I asked a follow up question about shipping the shirt to the store and they told me I wouldnt be able to do so, but was able to do so as soon as I got home. The barista in the starbucks was very kind, but made my drink super wrong and overcharged me.

I just love Target! The quality of clothing is way better than Walmart. I have experienced a manager in Santa Ana who lowered the price on something I wanted but didnt have quite enough money for. I have never had a bad experience with Target.

My first visit to this Target Store, I came in for an online pickup. My near by stores did not have the specific color, this store did. There was one customer ahead of me and she was in the wrong pickup area, she wanted Curbside. I waited for the service representative to finish with her transaction and directing her where to go...no problem. Next the service representative begin filling OTHER Curbside orders. At first, I was the only person waiting. I looked around, now theres a line forming behind me, two other ladies. The lady behind me said, We dont matter?, I said, I guess not! By the way, she passed us twice and on her third passby, she said, Ill be right with you. Ive always been thought, your priority is the person in front of you. Can you please clarify.

This Target is routinely out of stock. The buying manager is bad at their job. You can, on any given day, go in and take multiple photos of empty shelves. You can tell whats popular for the area as they are either out or low stock week after week, yet the items that are unpopular are always in stock.Additionally, Target used to have cheap groceries but lately their normal prices fail to beat The Stater Bros. across the street.

I appreciate the pick up service, from their phone app, dedicated parking spaces with the pick up moniker, and the friendly staff that bring your items to your vehicle. Especially amidst this COVID19 pandemic, their system allows you to get most items in their store brought to your car. While I have mostly used this service for groceries, I have also used it to purchase a laundry basket and a USB keyboard, as this location sells these items also. Recently I have used it to purchase perishables such as milk, lettuce, and celery sticks. While it is not the same as walking in the store, I think it is less risky.

I dont think big box retailers like this have to try hard to make the customer experience bad. I also realize how little actions can lead to such memorable interactions and therefore, overall positive experiences. This specific location and team have it done right!

🌟 CLEAN STORE, GOOD LAYOUT, FAST CHECKOUT 🌟✔️ Store is very clean & shelves are usually fairly organized.✔️ Clothing selection for men is limited, Walmart has a larger selection.✔️ The aisle layout is fantastic, much easier to navigate than Walmart design.✔️ Self checkout is SIMPLE & almost as fast as Walmart. (Debit transactions require your pin, while Walmarts does not.)✔️ Mens underwear (Hanes Comfort Tag) is less expensive here than Walmart & they have extended sizes IN STOCK. (Walmart does not stock extended sizes XL, 2XL as well as Target.)✔️ Electronics department is more open and has a better selections of collectibles, books & Blu-Ray/DVD movies. (Especially TV series & animated shows like Family Guy, Simpsons, etc..)✔️ They have a much wider selection of toys including Party Games, board games, LEGOs, popular brand name toys.✔️Food and grocery is much better organized & cold food cases are far cooler then Walmarts cold/frozen cases. Much more room in the aisles also. You dont waste as much time waiting for people to SLOWLY choose items because you cant get around their carts.✔️ Returns department has more staff then Walmart & the employees seem happier in general in this store. Walmart feels depressing in comparison. The carpeted areas of Target like in clothing are much easier on your feet to stand on & it feels like a warmer environment.✔️ There is a lot of staff in this Target & they are VERY helpful. This is a big deal since many times at Walmart you feel like asking questions is interrupting Walmart associates from whatever task the management feels is more important then helping customers.✔️ Parking lot does not feel like a homeless encampment with random people asking you for money or shady charity hassles at the exit. Parking lot does not have trash or the smell of human waste. It seems clean and less depressing then the local Walmart. (Disclaimer: I do give to charities often, but I do not like to give money for the use of drugs or alcohol in the guise of charity.)OVERALL :: THE BEST TARGET I THE AREA, FAST CHECKOUT. ITS A GOOD EXPERIENCE DESPITE THE LACK OF MENS CLOTHING SELECTION. PLUS KOHLS IS ACROSS THE STREET IF I NEED MORE OPTIONS IN CLOTHING ;)

I lost my phone in their parking lot and low and behold it was dropped off at the customer service desk. Thank God. I can truly say that Ive never had a bad experience at Target. Thanks again.

Great location, awesome stock selection, and impressive seasonal product availability! Can get busy during Christmas season so help can be hard to find at times- but very kind and friendly nonetheless!

The store manager claims not to have time to talk to customers. Pretty bad information on the app. We drove for a toy all the way down to Huntington Beach, service agent refused to give his name and essentially told me Amazon is better than Target. Way to go on Customer Service.

As a Senior it is was so appreciated to shop in safety. Once I mastered the target drive pick up, I’ll definitely do it again.

I am quite impressed with one of your associates. I was trying to reach a tote from a tall stack, and out of nowhere and with concern, Nick, quickly offered assistance. Unfortunately I have to say that doesnt feel like the norm these days. He restored my faith in customer service.

Guest Services never picks up

They have lots of items we need and usually everything is stocked. This Target was very good about keeping people distanced at the checkout line. Most of the shelves were nice and stocked. I couldnt find the cleaning supplies because they have been moved (again!).

Found everything I needed and more like always! Came to the store on Wednesday after 7pm and the self checkout was empty. Did have a minor issue with the computer but it was my first time with Cartwheel app. My go to Target location.

Target where can I start how much the fact you guys don’t know what your real inventory is and this has been a long-standing issue you guys are stuck in the Stone Age. They only price match when it’s convenient for the company and when they feel like doing it hence the reason why I usually shop at Sam’s Club because places like this is a total joke

Target drive-up is a seamless experience! I love that I can shop through the app and have a wonderful employee deliver my products to my car. During this time, it allows for little human contact in a safe and convenient manner.

I waited in line for at least 20 minutes to pick up my items. There was only one associate working at the counter and the person in front of me was taking a long time to discuss their purchase. The pick-up counter did not have anyone working.

Did not fulfill the order. Waiting my time. Web site is not working, not loading for me to answer the change I have to made as your email request. very frustrated and confuse for one order to not knowing when and how we will have it. All of the 4 others items are in the store, but dont know why I can not pick up when I place this order, instead have to wait for 3 days for delivery. Wasting your and my time and your money too. Bad business model.

While price, variety, and quality are big factors, i am continually impressed with the customer service I receive at the registers. My cashier this visit was Kathryn and she is terrific. She marked down a purchase (both items on the shelf were compromised), so that even if I had a couple bandages missing, I would not lose value. She was warm and wonderful as well. Team members like Katheryn are worth it to shop at Target rather than searching for other stores. She cares about making sure customer needs are met. Good job! Tim G.

Very poor customer service when trying to understand why I did not qualify for the $50 off Holiday Decor offer today in your store. Customer service would not take a short walk to the display area to verify I was correct because Target computers are always right! Target has always been my favorite place to shop, but I am starting to think they may not have taught their employees basic customer service skills. When I asked to speak to a manager, my request was denied. Their computer systems are always right. So, isnt posting a sign and stocking items in a holiday section and then refusing to provide a discount fraud?? Come on Target, you can do better than this!

Selection, reasonable price and clean well lit store.However, excessive waiting time at the full service check out linesbecause 2/3 of the lines are closed and Target is trying to force youto bag and scan your own merchandise so they can save money.

This is an awesome Target! I needed help finding a specific sized shirt and the very nice lady in the juniors department went to the back to check for me. Really great customer service.

Target tagged the wrong sale price on regular item, i let them know, so they did refund the whole thing and redo the receipt per the sale price they tagged wrong. After Christmas, i came back to return few items on that 2nd receipt, and they said that receipt is not valid, so they do not help me to find out why it is not valid ? I asked for store credit, they said no too. The assistant manager is Alyson and she was very snappy with me, then Francisco manager came, instead of helping me, he was very rude asking me to leave. They gave me the 800 # to call for complaint, i called that # right there, a lady on phone wanted to talk to the team for information. I hold the phone and ask either of them to talk with her. They send one of the guy came and roughly asked me to leave the store, or they will call the police. REALLY ??! I have been customer of Target for years, and i never got this kind of service. ESPECIALLY THEY REFUSED TO TALK TO THE LADY ON PHONE, TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. They treat me like trash. That really surprise me because Target is my favorite store. I left the store, and my New Year is ruined. i give those items to Good Will. May God give me justice back. They treated my like criminal.

My 83 year old father and 81 year old mother fell outside target store in huntington beach. 5 stars out of ten. But the west courthouse wheelchair ramp is steep and slippery. Whoa Nilly

I love Target, however since the remodel of the store they carry less items. My Target is right around the corner, however I have to travel to Costa Mesa to the Target that has more of selection of items. Find this very frustrating.

I went to the store on Brookhurst and every 5th person wasn’t wearing a mask. There was no sign telling people no mask no entry. I’m not coming back until others are wearing masks. Also I saw a lady opening detergents, smelling them and putting them back and NO MASK. Another lady with no mask was shopping over cheeses and visually spitting. Ugh‼️My favorite store no nore👎

Staff is really nice and helpful all you have to do is ask. Good selection of everything. Bathrooms are always clean. There is some trash that people left around the store but you dont see it that often.

No social distancing, no limit to customers entering store . Crowded store It was impossible to stay 6 foot away from anyone, especially in the grocery section. There was noone at the doors limiting the amount of shoppers in the store at any one time . Lines were long at the checkout and people crowded much closer than 6 feet apart .Iressponsible of target to not limit customers entering the store, many others store including Costco and walmart are limiting entry to keep people safe .

I have been to a lot of Targets in the area but I must say this one looks wonderful. The mannequins are stylishly garbed and shows a professional touch. Whoever is in charge of that aspect should be lauded. Good experience.

Love this location over pretty much ALL others..!!.. They are ALWAYS friendly, professional, positive and ALWAYS there to greet you as you come in, or while your shopping... Ive never had any issuesW/needing help,because if ever I have any questions help is never far away. I would say at times the lines can be somewhat long during the weekend hours especially. Which honestly having the experiences Ive had each and every time I have shopped there makes the line issue not really an issue at all. Its just refreshing to have such quality customer care & service. In todays day and age it seems to be more & more difficult to find quality in regards to customer service. Its great that there are places that still provide genuine, professional, friendly, helpful, customer service. Hence this is why I felt the need to write such a lengthy review. Thanks again to Target at the Adams location, they Defiantly set the bar high..

I absolutely love this Target!! For one its way less crowded than pretty much any other Target. Second all my beauty favorites are always in stock while other Targets tend to be out of products. I also like that it stays open late.

Been a long time customer. However, sometime target has such bad employee. The guys walking in the afternoon of this store, 9/9/19 has very bad attitude and state that gift card can not be used to purchase electronic device over 500$. Also, when being ask about the policy, he refused to explain and lied about what products are on shelf (like Im seeing it and just being polite to ask)All and all, hope someone in charge take action in this. Did not look for the name, but hes a skinny guys, with black tech shirt.

Id like to thank Coleen in customer service for outstanding work this afternoon. My elderly mother bought a phone system she couldnt figure out, and Coleen went way above what a regular worker would do to help. This was a very clean Target to visit, and I noticed that many of the other workers there were top-notch.Thank you!

The store is organized and the produce is fresh. I think the only thing that was interesting was having all of our cash scanned through a machine at checkout. It took forever to checkout.

Guest services need to do a better job with online orders for pick up, specifically in thoroughly checking to make sure the items placed in the bag are actually what was ordered online. They seem to always screw up my orders and there’s always an item or two missing

It is a large store with plenty of parking spaces. It is well organized and clean. There is also a Starbucks and Pizza Hut. The location is in a nice area with many other stores.

Everything is organized. Customer service is extremely friendly. If something is not on the floor, employees do not hesitate getting it from the back. I have not met an unkind employee yet.

Was my #1 target to go but after today I will definitely won’t be going here had the worst treatment ever I purchased some diapers and other items with red card, went to there Starbucks and right after made a payment for the transaction I had made that day and was waiting in line for a while because there was only 2 employees working in customer service and both were helping the same customer right after I was helped one of the employees asked the other employee if he had asked if I paid for the iteams in my cart or what so I said it out loud yes I paid for them and I just paid again. Well on the way out I was stopped by security again and he asked to see my receipt for the diapers again not to mention I had a not too happy toddler with me to top it off. Thank you Huntington Beach target for making me feel like a diaper thief in front of my children!!!:/

I didnt think reviews for Target would matter much to people... theyre such a common store that carries so many items, often with the best prices... I figured most people would keep going back even if there are bad reviews. However, I read a few of them, good & bad, & I can see where some of them could be helpful. I have always been fairly pleased with this HB Target location... its pretty clean & Ive never had to deal with any rude employees. Its convenient & nearby, plus they have a large selection, including groceries. However, the grocery selection is limited, since they dont have much space, but the prices on the basics are much better than the chain grocery stores. My only real complaint about this location is the ridiculous design of the parking lot. A 6 year-old with a crayon could have drawn up better blueprints. Maybe they had to meet certain city requirements, but its comical to watch cars & pedestrians struggle when its busy.

Ive had great experiences with this Target until today. I went in to purchase $190 worth of things on my Red card. I also had made a $34 return earlier in the month and I wanted to put that credit towards this large purchase by using my card. The card wasnt working and a very nice lady named Louise called over a manager to help. But the manager I ended up with (Erica?) did not understand the situation and assumed that I hadnt paid my Red card bill and proceeded to treat me very rudely. I explained the situation to her twice. I ended up paying with my regular debit card and she continued to speak to me rudely while explaining how I could fix the situation. It is such a shame that she would treat someone who was just trying to save money and use the perks of the Red card so poorly. Turns out I just needed to verify my address and now my Red card works again. Too bad that I wont be going to this Target again.

Good, competitive pricing and the 5% Redcard feature make Target the store to go to for groceries, as well as many other things.
