Well organized. No big lines, the store is pretty much calm for us to do our shop. Some other locations are super crowded. This is perfect. Great prices to stock our faves!

If you go on a date if theyre having a really big promotion be prepared to wait an hour as the line can stretch all the way down to the main street. its definitely worth the wait to get inside as they have so many wonderful smelling fragrances. Did you have a great feature where you can buy online pick up in store. I have used several times and it works great theres a separate desk where you walk up and tell them you have a mobile order/internet order. then they let the inside know they bring it out pick it up its that easy and theres no shipping fee it works really great if you know what you want you dont have to shop around.

I love bath and body works. I buy mostly candles and the mahogany teak plugins. I used to buy their lotions but now I make my own organic products. But I still love Bath & body works and people love to get it for Christmas.

We love this store!! We had to wait in line outside with our masks on😷 & social distsnced, until the # of people leaving the store was the same # as our group & there was 3of us. Once we were able to enter, B&BWS did not dissapoint!!🤗 We usually are always able to find our favorites, plus add new favorites!! We like to change/and or switch up our favorites based on seasons & holidays! !B&BWS is always a fun store to go to my daughter & I love it!!👍5⭐s💖

Bath and body in Huntington Beach is always so nice and clean. Its bigger than some stores. Always well stocked and plenty of merchandise to choose from. Download the app for rewards and coupons. Many times they offer 10 dollars off 30 or 40. And the app will give you free items as you collect points. Staff as always are friendly and courteous with all clerks asking us if we needed anything.

Over the years the customer service has gotten worse. Its a hit or miss, its like a bi-polar of emotions in this store. Some days they are nice, most days they act like you should know their products and are annoyed with your questions. The manager gives off a vibe that she is too good to answer your questions. I now drive to the Westminster mall location which frustrates me since the 5Points location is near me. Anyhow, bath & body works corporate should come out and do a refresher of customer service for The 5 points location in Huntington Beach.

There is always a variety of candles to choose from, short wait times, & excellent customer service!

Employees are always friendly Nmand very helpful on how to save money. Their no question asked return policy is amazing. Very calming atmosphere.

I really like going there occasionally. I can usually find a scent I really like for me or around the house sometimes even the dog. She likes the cotton lemonade scent. The only drawback is, they have no signs in front of any of the scents to describe their aromas so it can take a while to find something.
