Heard a lot of great things about Tracy and BT canvas. Fast, good work, fair prices, well known locally.So I decided to give her a small project to work on about 5 weeks ago. I paid her cash up front and she told me that the job was simple and it would be done in a few days.Fast forward to 5/12/20. I still have not gotten my project completed or an updated completion date. The best part of it all is that I have inside contacts with one of her suppliers, so she interacts with me or that’s team a minimum of 3 times a week. I have everyone asking her when my project will be completed. She only laughs and says when she gets to it.Aloof, unapologetic and noncommittal.Solid business professionalism.

Had a full canvas enclosure installed on my sea ray less than a year ago. 6 months later it starting tearing. It now has 2 years. I reached out to the owner and texted her pictures. No response at all. Its suppose to have a 1 year warranty and it wasnt cheap about 5k. Poor customer service.

We had a boat cover patched and repaired last week and they did an amazing job!! She fixed the buttons as well. Im very pleased with the way things turned out. Thank you so much for your hard work on this. I would feel comfortable referring anyone to go to BT Canvas Co.
