The Best Butcher Shop Around!I discovered this place about a year ago and it is now where I buy all my meats. The quality of the various meats they carry is always excellent. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. Its always a pleasure to head over to the Palace as I know Ill be getting excellent quality eats and service.The Beef Palace is a cash only place - no credit or debit purchases. They do have an ATM in the store for those who are running on plastic otherwise. And they do take checks.Aside from the traditional selection of meats, the Beef Palace also carries fish and breads and seasonings galore for every taste.The shop is conveniently located, easy to access, and has ample parking in the malls lot in front of the store.I recommend this place highly! Excellent quality, excellent prices, and excellent service.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great prices and excellent quality meats and cuts of them. Were there regularly, like once a week. Try their stuffed Pork Chops for a delicious, easy meal and dont pass on Grandmas Applewood Smoked Bacon. I had it with eggs and potatoes this morning for breakfast 😋👌

Picked up some steaks here for dinner! Staff is always super helpful and friendly. The meat is always amazing. We picked a couple New York Steaks this time! Cash only so be ready to get out some green but you’ll also enjoy seeing the old school cash register!

Admittedly this is really the first butcher shop I’ve been to, but I’m impressed by their selection and the general vibe of the place and staff. Always friendly and helpful telling you how to cook your meat if you’re unsure. Been smoking a lot of chicken recently so it’s nice that they’ll cut out the spine and other unwanted bones for me, even season it if you want. Definitely recommend stopping in.

Went in looking for non-aged beef. I have histamine intolerance, so I need my proteins to be super fresh (not aged). Bought 3 different things - steak, ground beef & chicken breast. So far Ive only tried the steak (the rest went directly into the freezer), but no histamine overload, so it was super fresh!

Oh man! We went here one day after Costco wasn’t carrying tomahawk steaks because of the approach of the holidays. It’s hard to find a place for good cuts of meat around HB. Walking into beef palace, I was in heaven.... all of the meats you dream about. All in one place. Ribeyes. Tomahawks. Aged. Tritip.They were very accommodating with my questions about the meat.

Excellent quality beef. I picked up a 2 dry aged new york strip and a ~1.5lb dry aged prime porterhouse today and I couldnt be happier. The customer service was great, the atmosphere was very wild wild west/homestead/pioneer with the cow shaped bbqs out front and the wooden accents everywhere.The marbling on the ny strip was possibly the best Ive ever seen. When I opened the package at home, I seriously thought that they gave me a cut of wagyu. At the price-point, Im kicking myself for not buying more.The customer service was great, the prices are better than youd expect, and they offer to season your steak with what Im guessing is their proprietary seasoning blend. I hadnt encountered something like this before but based on this one experience Ill definitely be back in the future. Happy to say I finally have a quality butcher within half an hour of my home.BRING CASH OR CHECKS, NO CARDS

I have told friends about this place that drive out from Long Beach to get meats for BBQ here. Everyone in the area knows this is best place for many miles around to get your meats from. Staff is fast, knowledgeable and courteous. They have all kinds of great sauces and spices, but best of all- the prices cant be beat for the quality. One note- BRING CASH. They do have a small ATM on site, but this is a cash business- no cards.

Quite simply the best meats in the area. If youre wondering if you should shop here, you should. Youll never go back to a super market for your meat ever again. Simply put, everything is absolutely amazing. I no longer order steaks at restaurants. They cant compare to the taste and quality of the meat offered here.

The USDA Prime rib eyes were not worth the cost. Save yourself some money, the prime at costco was half the price and tastes way better.

The peppered beef jerky and jerky sticks are amazing. Great service and great prices. Super surprising to find at The Grove.

Everything is great here, but I find myself coming back a lot for the marvelous hot Italian sausage links. THE BEST with spaghetti. Nobody else makes them this good - fine ground, spicy-spicy, not super-fatty like grocery store Italian sausage.

Great meat market, but beware it is cash only. I was instructed to use their ATM and it mess up my security settings. I immediately got a text from the bank. I had to go next door to the Rite Aid and get cash, wish is only $40 .00 limit. I had to tell them put some meat back. Bad experience for the 1st time.

Happiest place on earth, well next to Vegas! Their meat is always top shelf, had an ex-University of Nebraska football player tell me the filets from Beef Palace were better than they got at the training table. I dont think Ive ever had a better steak any place to date (Im still searching though). The hot pepper sausages and bacon are outstanding, the dogs always love their bones!

I ordered a half boneless turkey breast (brined) for Christmas. We ate it tonight with all the fixings. It was the tastiest & juiciest turkey we have ever had. Thank you very much for suggesting it to me. Best Christmas dinner ever!!

The only place I go for ribs and beef jerky!! The employees, the owner, they are all amazing!!! Well worth the cash! Oh and if your a fan of pickles??? Better then the pickles they had on Tom Sawyer Island at Disneyland.

Terrific place! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere reminds me of Texas. They hand out delicious samples and most importantly they only offer the best quality food. Happy Grilling :)

This place is an institution. Can be a tad bit pricier than the supermarket, but youre getting top quality meat, great for special occasions or if you are a real foodie. The cows outside are almost a local tourist attraction. 🐮🐮

I am super stoked that this place exists right down the street from me. Moved here recently from Brooklyn and never had a butcher shop this close by. Old school feel, killer looking beef and complimentary potatoes for buying a choice ribeye...? Wait what? Yup thats right. Prices are what you would expect from a quality butcher shop, and Im sure it will be well worth it. Bring your business here and keep businesses like this prospering. Now lets hope this cheap grill of mine doesnt ruin this beautiful cut of meat...

Love this place. The wagyu tri tip is something we get once a month and every Christmas we get in line for our prime rib.

How is it possible in this day and when we know so much about the perils of grain; especially GMO corn, that a place with a reputation as strong and storied as the beef palace would only offer corn finished beef? Either someone hasnt paid attention to the market at large or they re just stuck in a rut.

Asked for grass fed beef and was told We dont believe in grass fed beef. I did end up buying some meat but have decided I wont be returning. There is a big difference between believing and knowing the facts about what you sell, most importantly when it comes to meat or any food.

After numerous glowing reviews from friends and coworkers, I came in to order a few cuts of the rib eye. Make sure you ask them for the signature rub on it - its a special treat for your tastebuds.If you arent a carnivore - this place can get pretty overwhelming and Im not sure what youd be doing there...unless you just want BBQ sauce. Their selection is fantastic (sauce + meats)! The next item on my list to try here is the rack of lamb...my grill is waiting for you.....mmmmmm.FYI - this place is CASH ONLY! Make sure you have enough on hand and grab a few potatoes frm them on the house after you make your big kid purchase.
