Horrible customer service. Bad attitude and could barely lift his head from his phone to help me. Will never shop there or recommend their store.

LA Carpet sales rep, Ali, was terrific! He walked us through all the options, and helped us decide what type of flooring to install. He came out personally to view and measure the space, and handled the installation arrangements.The installers did a beautiful and thorough job. Ted is a thorough and knowledgeable salesman. He helped us find the perfect carpet for our home that unified the style of our house. It feels great waking up to soft carpet every morning. Our installers were fast and professional. Cant say enough about how great my experience was. This was my second time using LA Carpet and will use them again when the time comes.

What a joke, had me waiting for an appointment and never showed.. spoke to Kathleen and now she cant find my appointment. What a joke they are.If you didnt want to come to Compton, you should have just said that.. smdh

Installed faulty flooring. Would not replace. When had to pay more for replacement they ripped up asbestos subflooring causing us to leave the house and stay in a hotel and put our puppy in a kennel. They are only now accepting responsibility and helping us because of my yelp review. They are crooks who care not at all for their customers and do not stand by their work or their product.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior.Very poor installation and customer service afterward. original installation was in Sept 2012 and after months of calling and finally a threat of legal action, they returned to fix the special transition. Even the repair was poor and not as promised. Will NEVER do business with them again.Be careful, after they get your business its downhill from there.I am now looking at having to redo the entire installation with another company. Do your homework, cheaper is not always better.
