They do have many very specific parts but the employees must be uneducated in trades or something. I asked for a very easy yet specific part, pressure switch(any size, electric for vehicle). I basically made it from parts in store until I happened upon it on a different aisle after being helped by every employee. Too bad they dont know their own stock.

Best customer service, best everything. If you hate the big box stores this will be your jam.

The staff there is incredibly helpful!! is obvious that the more veterans are mentoring very well the younger guys...! Well organized store... have 80% of regular stuff AND 100% of the unusual items that are often needed for small jobs or repairs!! ... lifesavers!! I dont mind paying a little more for those regular items!!And their COVID protocols are excellent...they provide a variety of items to make you feel really safe shopping there!

The keys I had made, didnt work. They replaced the incorrect keys with ones that work and they apologized as the rework was done. Refreshing.

Dan was so helpful for a job that just cost $0.03. I lost a piece to my binoculars and came looking for something to solve this mere inconvenience. Dan dropped what he was doing and we went on a ten minute search to look for a replacement piece. They were out of what I was looking for but I decided on a rigged alternative. This guy gave more attention to my issue that I honestly expected. Good worker. Oh and they have a good selection of Big Green Egg accessories.

Love Ace Hardware. There was one closed close to my apt. But the one on Adams was open, and i found a wire cutter that i needed there in Saturday. Someone there helped me find them, and that is what i like about Ace there is always someone there to help me find what i need!

Truly excellent customer service from this store, and from Stacy Arias in particulate, who I believe oversees their fantastic barbecue/grilling section. Shes knowledgeable, attentive, and straight forward. This section of the store is one of the best Ive seen in this region, and Ive been to a few to get buy accessories for my BG Egg. Moreover, Big Green Egg has been so helpful, above and beyond expectations for customer service. Highly recommended as the first place for BBQs and related stuff.

Such a bad customer service.Ordered simple small screen for my house window. The guy told me about 3-5 days.Well, now over a mount and still nothing.Last week called and spoke to the manger (Barbara) who promised me that it will be ready in 2-3 days and they will contact me, GUESS WHAT???? No one contacted me even a week later.

Nice enough place, but Im done with it. The parking lot is NEVER clean. And when you drive behind the store to drop off at Goodwill, the alley is disgusting. How hard is it to keep your property up? Too many other hardware stores nearby to put up with this. A true lack of pride in your workplace.

Well I wasnt happy when I left. The lady who checked me out was bossy, and pushy. I went to looking in my bags to be sure everything was in them and she rudely assured that everything was in them and to move along. She wasnt friendly at all and doesnt belong in customer service.

I also wanted to mention the associate that helped me find the product I was looking for.I appreciated the time he took to help me out, so thank you to Tim I believe was his name.

Great store, good selection, and amazing staff - they are never rude or dismissive no matter how stupid the question (and given my lack of expertise in home improvement, I ask a lot!). I would recommend it over Home Depot for most things (except if they dont have the item).

Excellent service! I just wish the service was more consistent. Most of the employees at this store will help answer my questions, or quickly get help. I find myself stopping here much more often than the Home Depot a mile or two further north on Magnolia because of the convenience of the location, and for the service.

I had to go to Ace Hardware store because I needed a hammer I could not believe I could not find a hammer in my house I went over there theyre very helpful I headed up buying myself a small tool kit just so you know they do make those and they are very handy has a screwdrivers two different sizes the hammer some nails tape measure quite a few other things just check it out it wasnt very expensive Im really glad that theyre in my neighborhood

Really love this store. Small, easy to navigate and has the essentials.They also carry things that the big stores like lowes and Home Depot does not carry. I drove all over the place looking for a specific part for my toilet and no one had it except for ace. The staff are helpful, easy to talk to and check out was very fast! Prices very competitive!Love it!

I was inside Ace Hardware store the other day looking for screws for my bathroom drawers. I didnt get any Hello or welcomes upon entering which was not unusual. So I continued walking down one if the aisles and almost ran into an employee who didnt bother to look at me and practically side swipe me. She didnt bother to ask if I needed assistance with what I was looking for even though I know I appeared aimless and lost. Luckily one if the managers did bother to ask me if I needed help in the end. Otherwise I would of probably just left there without what I was looking for.

Store has a lot off good merchandise Im a locksmith and was surprised by the veriaty of key selections that they had thats why I gave them a 3 star - 2 star was for the poor customer service I spoke with this lady who seemed to be having a bad day I asked her where her garage remots were and she pointed me in the direction, she even called it in on the radio that I needed customer service waited 15 mins and no one showed up, store looked pretty Empty not sure whats going, I been to plenty of ace hardware locations and customer service is quick to help out with my needs wont come back to this location again. Hope u guys have a better experience Good luck
