Extremely rude and unprofessional management. They decline to provide and service and even information. The rudest staff ever.

I ordered a 6 gallon carpet extractor in January.The date of shipping kept moving further away.I decided to cancel my order as I could see they had no plans to fulfill the order. I am now waiting on my $1,300.00 refund.This company conned me and in my opinion will do it again to someone else.
