I recently purchased 5 numbered flags for my backyard putting green from Par West Turf Services. Although this was a small order, Chris at Par West treated me like an important customer. He recognized that the size of the flags were smaller than the standard size and was able to customize my order accordingly. I received the flags and they fit perfectly on the posts. I was extremely pleased with both the product and the care that Chris showed in filling my order. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase any type of golf equipment and accessories.

I have had several recent purchases from Par West and all went very well. I had several questions and everyone I spoke with on the phone was extremely polite and professional. I ordered a custom graphic on one item and they even took the time to correct the artwork I provided so it came out even better. They also provided extra copies of the decals used so that if it weathers over time I can replace them myself. Shipping was quick for most items and they were quick to tell me what was backordered. I highly recommend them and now my backyard putting green is complete with a lot of great accessories!

I made an order through Par West Turf on Christmas Day and received my stuff three days later. Par West Turf carries Par Aide merchandise which I was in search of for my putting green accessories. My order arrived quickly and I was responded to quickly by Ken Newcomb to confirm order and that it had shipped. Based on the prior reviews I was debating whether to order or not but I looked up the company and did not see any issues. They do a lot of business. Charged my credit card. Didnt tell me that the item was not in stock and not available. 9 days later they notified me. They did issue a refund at that time. Then they also told me that they dont stock around 40% of the inventory they show online and that their computer system does not have accurate inventory information on what they do stock.

Thought Id buy my neighbor a gopher Wrangler kit saw that Par West had them available and would be delivered by the 8th of july. After i ordered iCalled for info on July 9.. was informed that it was a private vendor sending the item and they had no idea when it was arriving ( like that was my business) Question would be why advertise its coming on the 8th if you have no clue when the item is showing up and being delivered. Employee was indignant and liked to hear himself speak and cared much about nothing. I believe this company is being run out of a garage. I see your reponse it seems to be true to form as prior employee who seemed to think bad service with no answers as well as being rude and hanging up on me has an excuse. Good luck to you.

The first set of tires I received were in really bad shape, after reaching out to Par West and sending pictures they replaced all the tires at no cost to me.

Never received a call back.

Never received the order. They contacted us several months later and said they would send the order right away. One month later - still no product. Informed that the website can be glitchy. Cancelled the order.
