Lincoln went above and beyond when it came to giving me advice on the gear I had picked, offered great advice on proper fitment for things like jackets, gloves, boots and helmet. He was super patient and an amazing help. Ended up grabbing everything that I needed and am super satisfied with not only the gear but my experience.

Cycle Gear in Huntington Beach has been the greatest resource for all my motorcycle gear requirements. The employees go the extra mile, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service. Combined with the website selection and in their in store availability I can get what I need quickly. Could not have had a better experience! Wish I caught the gentleman’s name that helped out my dad and I because he was beyond great! Knowing we were not going to buy anything(because the fo t sell forced air helmets) he still fitted my dad for his Helmet size, informed him on pros and cons on different styles, let him know tips and tricks, was patient and didn’t even laugh when my dad couldn’t get his helmet off his head! 100% go here if you need any help what do ever!!!

Cycle Gear has a good supply of items that I’m interested in from clothing to oil and filters. They have a large helmet supply with very good price range and variety. Service is great and pricing good, what’s not to love?

This is probably the only motorcycle parts place where you can check online inventory and reserve online. Useful for tubes and some universal parts needed same day. I got an led flasher relay recently that saved me days of waiting for one to ship

Guys were very patient and helpful reminds me of the old days when the only way to buy stuff was to actually go into a store and touch, feel, and try stuff. They also put my Bluetooth speakers and unit in my helmet for me without me asking. Nice to not have to order and hope for the best. Ill be back and dont care if I can get a better deal online which usnt always the case.

I came in to buy a helmet and some gloves. Victor came up to me and was very knowledgeable on all sorts of helmets & gloves.He went over all the different types of helmets, Overall safety of certain brands and what he recommends for different price points. He never tried to up sell me and was looking out for my best interest.Gloves are kind of self explanatory just pick some that you like, Most if not all have some sort of protection.Alex who was working the register was also very helpful when I asked him about the cardo communication equipment. Was able to show me one they had already fitted to a helmet and explained how to install it properly.It was my first time shopping with these guys and Ill continue to go back for more gear. The staff made the process easy and I learned a few things.

Out standing service and priced right!

I placed a small order online for pickup at the Huntington Beach store. I received an email the next morning that it was ready for pick-up and went in to retrieve it. The clerk asked my name snd went back to get it. He csme back with my order, I paid for it and left as a happy customer. The process worked as advertised.

Employee was very helpful, needed a visor and brakes and one wasn’t in stock so he ordered online for me for the one item I couldn’t buy in store.

Word of advice, ask your employee Chris to offer customer service when paying customers enter the store instead of chit chatting with their friend. And the only interaction is to ask for a mask to be lifted over the nose, while wearing a non medical grade mask himself. Customer service before hall monitoring duties should be emphasized. We decided not to purchase my husband and children’s new boots and riding outfits there today or for future due to his rude demeanor.

It is always a pleasure at this store. All employees greet you as you enter the store offering you help if needed. They seem to all have a wide range of knowledge and are actual riders to lend their credibility and expertise. Very nice and courteous staff and are always making pleasant conversation if you spark a conversation. Good job staff

Great service. The gentleman who were at the shop when I came in were friendly, answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and made informed suggestions to help me make a better choice.

As this was my first visit I was surprised by some of the low or discounted prices on gear and clothing.

At first I had to wait a bit for someone to ring up my purchase. The associate was VERY NICE, thus negating any wait time accrued.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. As soon as I received the email (about 5 minutes after they opened) saying my order was ready, I picked up my order. Very easy process.

The staff (Cody & Matt) were very helpful and patient!

I havent shopped here in a while because its limited on the things Im usually looking for but I do find stuff i need for my motorcycle like a Kriega tail bag I just purchased and saved 7%($20) instead of shopping online.

In store shopping, some good sale prices. Staff member tested all the cells in my Shorai battery and offered to charge/equalize it overnight @ no cost.

After searching for a helmet at multiple places we came across Jonathan at Cycle Gear. He pointedopointed the most perfect helmet and hooked us up with Bluetooth and excellent service! Ok place to get gear sales people try to up sale you on everything.

Nice store. Mostly riding gear. Huge wall of helmets to check out. Along with boots, gloves, pants, and some pads. Limited selection of actual motorcycle parts. But I guess they’re open to placing ordered for customers that want other stuff.

Cycle Gear is amazing. They have almost everything that you would need for your bike except for technical parts. Their BILT brand offers very high quality riding gear for a great price. The workers always seem to be knowledgeable about the questions I have. I love my helmet and my jacket that I bought here. And my gloves. And my cargo net, battery tender, oil...

Although they did not carry what I was looking four, the store was very organized, well-lit and the inventory on hand would satisfy most consumers. The individual working there was helpful, knowledgeable and suggested alternatives for a what I was looking for. I will shop there again.

One guy there should leave since apparently he doesnt know how to interact with customers. Wife and mother in law got there to do some shopping. Mother in law goes to this guy to ask for help and what does he do? Waves her off. Why is this person even there? A genuine thank you to the second guy that helped them, was patient, and seemed to actually know how to treat customers.

Good motorcycle gear store. They have just about everything and at fair prices for house brands. A lot of the same stuff in store that they have online which you can handle before buying. Great staff and very helpful.

Absolutely love this place. Great prices and the whole staff knows how to help you with anything there. They installed my SENA in my helmet and I didnt even buy my helmet there. I go here often and so do my friends for all motorcycle test and accessories.

I visited when Virginia was covering for the other manager of the store. I had some questions about purchasing a helmet that was out of stock and she did everything in her power to see if I could get one ASAP; she was able to locate the last one in my size in all of LA/OC at another CycleGear store and have it held for me. She really went above and beyond here and Im forever grateful.Furthermore, I had a warranty issue with one of my Dainese gloves, but she was able to help me get that sorted out in no time at all. This was only possible because of her vast knowledge of the entire system and her expertise to leverage it to help her customers.

Great people/employees at every cycle gear but the people here are awesome. Check out their bike nights every month, once a month. Ask the employees for more details. The bike nights are really cool and lots of people go there.

Always the best service hands down! Friendly and willing to help. Josh helped me out with my Sena in my helmet saving a headache LITERALLY! (My speakers were digging into my temple) lol. My go to place for most of my bikes needs.

Best to stop by every now and then because of the specials that go on. Some specials are during the weekend but you never know what gets racked up for a steal of a price. If you order through the store the prices are competitive and I hear they may even price match.

Great selection of gear, and always good service (unlike the actual Honda dealer in HB). Cycle Gear has everything. Recently they wouldnt match a web price so a little bummed.

My number 1 choice for all my riding needs. Great team, knowledgeable and friendly. Even tho store heard mostly to sport bikes I can always get stuff I need for my cruiser, if they do not have in stock, they always willborder it.

My original plans were to buy from Chaparral in San Bernardino... its absolutely huge & they have everything, including a reputation for the best prices. However, Cycle Gear was much closer & I needed new boots for an upcoming trip. They had some on sale for 10 bucks cheaper than Chaparral, but they didnt have my size. Their selection was somewhat limited, so I ended up spending a bit more than anticipated, but Im now glad I did, since theyre much nicer. And, they had a bunch of stuff on sale, from $10 jerseys, cheap gloves & Goggles, to a nice gear bag marked down to $59... far cheaper than anything I found online anywhere. I ended up filling that bag with stuff for the entire family, so now were set for a long time. The employees were fairly busy with a steady stream of customers, but were totally cool, helping us search all through the store for various items. Ill continue to compare prices online in the future, but Ill definitely come back here.

One of the smallest cycle gear store I have ever been to, some what helpful staff, sometimes you will not find what you need but that doesnt mean you cant order it, easy to browse thru, and if something is not there you can ask to one of the attendant and they will help you maybe not right away but they will also if you need to order something from them, you can choose to pick it up at the store or to be send to your house
