I had a salesperson call yesterday and although I was busy I listened to his offer. I then politely told him that I had just received two toners and an imaging kit this week (not a lie) so I didnt need anything from him but if he wanted to e mail me his offer I would keep it until I needed to order. He continued to persist over and over and when he offered me a pound of M & Ms I told him I was looking at 3 pounds of M & Ms from my other supplier. Then he hung up on me. He was very rude and I would advise people to think twice before using this company. Superior Computer Products is wonderful!

Your sales staff is utter garbage. When youre trying to sell, Id recommend not laughing at your customers on the phone. Id also recommend not talking down to your customers. Id also recommend not making fun of the persons job youre trying to sell to considering youre cold calling printer ink. This company is a complete and utter joke. If you get a call from them just hang up and save yourself the minute pitch.

Very pushy sales call. The guy was doing a good job and really trying his best and had a great script down, but still really annoying and persistent when Im trying to work and get sucked into a 10 minutes sales call.
