My favorite to go if the one in Monterey Park; the customer service is been for years the best. But this last time i visited Huntington Park wasn’t my first time there but was very please that the girl too her time to helped me at The cashier with a misunderstanding about my crefit card

I should have known when I pulled up and didnt see a black face on the advertisement outside that they didnt sell hair! There were no black employees. But I really dont understand because hair is a big business and all Races wear hair.🤔 They do not advertise to blacks obviously, therefore they do not get Black customers. Nor do they care to carry what Black customers like. Point taken! Will not support you Cosmo.

Very disappointed with the store manager Yvettes attitude, sure she does not act like one. I always go to the store in Downey where I live but this one is close to my business and I decided to go for the first time, but believe me would be the last. How can a company such as big as CosmoProf can hire somebody so unprofessional, unfortunately I was not the only customer complaining about her. A very unhappy customer.
