Does anyone know whats happening with these store my sister is buying her 16 dress there but we havent been able to get in touch with them. We tried calling mrs angeles which is the lady that attended us and informed us that the store closed down and that the owners just took off left her with out a job and took off with our money. So no dress no money nothing letting us know whats going on and my sisters 16 is this october can somebody please help god bless

This is store is a fraud because many reasons they are all fake people and they wont give you what they promise to give you we bought a dress a couple of months ago and we paid it mostly all during this whole Pandemic we keep thinking that our dress was saved we kept calling them and they didnt answer than we did some research on those people and there is a person named Liliana and she was in charge of giving us the dress I just hope that there is justice because all their info is false AND PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THERE DEALS. Also, the phone number on this website is fake we called it and they used one of there customers phone number and I think that Is Unfair and that phone number was used to make their fraud. I am exposing this people because It just didnt happen to me but it happened many more. They also closed the store and didnt even care to let us know. IN GOD WE TRUST TO MAKE JUSTICE

They ordered the wrong color on my daughters dress after repeatedly trying on champagne color dresses and going over magazines to find champagne dresses. My mistake was trusting them when I went to get the money for the deposit and them filling out the Contract with out me. Drove 4 hours to get her fitted and the color was a blush. My daughter ended up having to pick out a new dress from their stash which I know it wasnt what she wanted . Her dream Quinceañera has been ruined because in order to get her dream dress it would cost extra to have them reorder and have it shipped there and I would have to make an extra trip from Vegas. Although they were gracious for letting her try out other dresses it still wont fix the wrong doing of ruining the excitement of a 15 year old to be in her dream dress.

Never go their dont waste your time. I paid for a dress they never called me I went to ask a question and they told they didnt have the dress In stock. Wasting time money and they still tell you they would honor the price for another one never did when I choose they spiked the price up wouldnt give back your money had to come back when the manager is their

Dont do business with this place it is very unprofessional my sister came from Vegas for a dress they made her wait three plus hours after they called her and told her that the dress would be ready

However, what convinced me to buy my daughters Quinceañera dress from this store was the quality of customer service I received from the ladies. The ladies who work here are very friendly and work with your needs.Before visiting this store, I went to other stores around the area but the ladies were rude and did not let you try on the dresses and would not work with you. So, the main reason why I purchased a quinceañera dress from this store is because of their great customer service. Customer service is everything, it is the way that you are treated that encourages you to buy from them.

Horrible customer service. Takes them forever to help you an hour at times. The tux for the boy was too long like who does that why do they measure then. I got my daughters dress here. Good price but Im not sure if it was worth dealing with ignorant ppl. It was a complete nightmare receipt says I should get my money back for opening an account for dama dresses. Employees didnt know how to read I guess had to argue with them. The receipt says you will give me my $20 when all dama dresses are picked up. It was even in Spanish and they wouldnt give me my money until I returned the tux which was a totally different thing. Save yourself the trouble. Its already stressful enough to have to plan an event.

I do not recommend this place at all, they are scammers, I ordered my wedding dress with them and when they delivered it to me it was twice the size of mine and nothing to do with what I had ordered !! I paid 800 dollars for the dress, And then I checked in another nearby store for the same dress and they gave me a price of 200 dollars !! But to Mrs. Angeles, who was the one who attended me a crafty lady, it was not enough for her all that she was earning apart from the price that she already gave me Given that I got paid too much, I had to cancel my wedding because in the end the dress did not leave me, they did not want to return the money and the owner of the place never wanted to face me, they give you a price and in the end they end up charging you another! So look at what they write in the contract, unfortunately I ran into a lively person at first all kind but everything is plan with skill. I assure you that in this place you will only lose your money. And seeing the comments I see that I am not the first person to cheat !!

I was given an appointment to take my daughter to have her dress measured and when they put it on they wanted to give her a crinoline hoop. From the first day I said that I wanted crinoline from Tull because the hoop arises and the girl said she was well and antler wonder you want the medium or big girl and we ask the big one. The day of the test of the dress a man I think is the dump said that sale 100 dollars I told him that did not tell me the girl and then said the lady who was there is putting the dress to my daughter that was not so much that it was just a simple dress I told him if its just a simple dress return the money and they did not want to give me another place for Sunday
