I had a terrible experience in this store. The worker lied to me saying my quince dress was made by their dressmaker. Come to find out, it was from a catalog. Once we got our dress they handed it to us wrinkled and said if they steamed it it would ruin the material. When we got home we had someone test a steamer on a small part of the dress and it did not damage any part of the dress at all. Once again, they lied. To add to that, they only have good customer service before you put a down payment. After you pay the down payment, they have a “I don’t care” attitude with you.

After walking half a day looking for a custom made dress Angel was very helpful with good service he walked us through the process of a custom made dress which other stores didnt and he brought his mother to help with some questions. we where going back and forth with the store next to him but he gave us a better price i finally picked up the dress this morning it was beautiful my daughter loved he dress and teddy bear. the dress was delayed 2 days. Great experience i will come back for my next daughters quince.

So basically I went to this place to find a dress for my 15 I was so excited and happy when I found one I liked and then this all happen around the second week of may and the dress I tried on was a dark blue but my dress had to be a bright red so we agreed that they would order me a BRIGHT red dress and I’ll come back in august to try it on and if it needed to be fix like any normal place. AS IN COME BACK I LIVE ON THE WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF THE USA IN TENNESSEE. So we also had the same problem with them calling us and telling us the dress wasn’t ready until the next week, which we had already paid most of the dress. The deal was to pay the rest when i went to try it on and fix it if needed. So we come back to Cali for only one day just for the dress and turns out they had given me the WRONG COLOR. They gave me a Burgundy color dress. The lady kept arguing with me and my aunt that the dress WAS RED and that there are many different type of reds and before we had agreed to order it we had LITERALLY POINTED AND SHOWED HER PHOTOS OF THE COLOR I WANTED. We were at this store for 4 hours they would ignore us until we had to keep tell them to return us the money. It wasn’t just us with this problem.. there were 4 other customers with this problem. Please don’t waste your time to come to this place and then be disappointed when ur dress didn’t come in properly.

Came here to get a customized dress, Zindia helped me out she did a dress turn around in 3 weeks. very happy with her work definitely coming back for my next daughters event.

I ordered a dress back in February. I had received a call from zindia that my dress wasn’t going to be coming in since there are problems with shipping at the port. She offered to make the dress for my daughter l. The dress was missing little detail, but my daughter liked it more how Zindia made it. I was upset at first, but she worked with us.

Drove from Newport beach to purchase a dress from designer Rebecca Ingram, they were the the closest store with the dress I wanted. I had to wave down Angel, long wait time to try the dress but customer service was great. The timing did concern me, overall an ok experience.

I came here to get a dress for my nieces quince. She tried on a dress they had on display and ordered it a different color all blue. They took weeks to call us back to do the fitting, when we went on our last appointment they gave us a dress with three different colors. It was not the blue color I had asked for. It had pink, ivory, lavender and stitched on blue butterflies. When I questioned the owner about the dress she said dresses come with additional colors sometimes. However that was not what we had discussed and the receipt for the dress stated one color only. The color we requested was bahama blue yet the color of the dress was dark blue with Bahama blue butterflies stitched on. The crown they tried to give us was broken and the flower bouquet was old and falling apart. After discussing these issues with the owner she did not even try to offer us a replacement or try to fix the issue. The dress they tried to give us was originally one of the ones she had on display. Yet she was trying to pass it off as one she had made for us, which was NOT the case. Keep your money and try your luck elsewhere. 100% would not recommend this store to anyone!

We showed the lady the color of the dress I wanted and then when they showed us the dress it was burgundy. We were there for hours waiting. We waited for our money back. They waste time. MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR MONEY.

Rented a tuxedo and bought my wife a wedding dress. Customer service was great and in time.

ESTA TIENDA NO SIRVE!!! If you can go somewhere else find a place. I ordered in May and I had a pick up date of 7/14/2021 paid in full so I could just show my receipt and go. Since that is a weekday and I work. I went on a Saturday 7/17/2021. My order was not even processed. They apologized and promised it would be delivered on Monday 7/19/2021. They called my daughter and asked what color is your dress? and could you send me a picture. This is for the replica doll. We had left a picture of her dress. When I talked to them they were like it is just a doll I said it doesnt matter the point is that I ordered it in May to pick up in before the 20th of July. I have a photo shoot session scheduled. Go else where if they can not commit to almost 2 month paid in full for a small replica dress. Imagine a real dress.

I do not recommend this store because they were bad with giving me the dress of my 15-year-old daughter, I ordered it 6 months before and when it was for the dress they gave me a different color and I told them that that color was not the one we ordered and I told them that they will return the money and they did not want me to return it, they wanted them to take me the dress that I did not order. I was wasting my time and I was stressed because I only have a month to find the colorful one that my daughter needs. And he avenged from another state.This store is the but that I have known in my life. It is not recommended to anyone.

I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible service. Lies and besides, the prices were altering me. It is not fair that they want to steal your money that facial. Money that one earns working hard so that here in this place they want to alter prices. One star is a high rating for this business. I would give you the tip of the star. Nor would I give it complete. They do not deserve it.

This place is full of irresponsible people, the order was made since June, my event is next weekend and until now they tell me that the dress will not be ready, the truth is, I do not recommend that you come to this place
