Worst experience ever!! Saul told me I was approved then a week later I received a call saying they had to work on the car saying I’ll get it back within 2 days, I gave them a call 3 days later and was told I would not get it back because I wasn’t approved, I said it’s fine I really needed a car so I wasn’t going to ask a lot of questions, All I asked for was if I could please get my down payment back which was 2,700$ even though I wasn’t approved with a credit score of 730 I would have to get charged 1,000$ for canceling a contract, But what contract is it ? If there saying I wasn’t approved ! it just doesn’t make sense…

Real shady business. The car sales reps (guessing they get paid to stand around and look pretty?) seem real unprofessional, are all show no tell, the vehicles on lot do not seem to be taken care of in terms of mechanical issues, and for the mileage on some rides, they are way overpriced, often lying about posted car prices on the spot. Dont give in to the hype though.You could be looking at a vehicle one day, and the next, theyll bump the price up a couple grand (as if someone will actually purchase their rides even more, lets be honest, most of them have been beaten on/ the vehicles on lot arent exactly from people who take care of their cars)Just had to put this out and save people the time, energy, (and eventually money) to steer clear of any sort of business with this so called Dealership The goal isnt to seal a deal for you, its to find a great deal to favor themselves.Ive been there firsthand and Im not impressed. Go here if youre the type that loves to be taken advantage of, they sure do seem to look for those here.

Stay away from this dealer, bought a truck of them, they claimed truck was good turns out truck has been crashed and in the worst condition ever. They sold me a warranty that was supposed to cover bumper to bumper and any part from vehicle and they didn’t even bother helping me. The car I went to go see had the check engine light on. The guy told me it passed smog, but you automatically fail smog when the check engine light is on. Then he pressured me and my girlfriend to buy the car when we expressed we were uncomfortable several times. When we tried to leave he stood in front of the door to his office and tried to get us to stay. Very uncomfortable experience, wont be going back.

Their website inventory is not updated. I saw a car on their website and when I went the car I was looking for wasnt there. They told me it was at their HP location. I went there and it wasnt there. They have a lot of cars, but they are expensive.

I would give this dealership 0 stars. Went in to buy a Subaru WRX. Ernie was a nice guy. But he said there would be no problems with the car, we had to do a few trips before we got the car just because we did not finance with the dealer. The same day after I got the WRX check engine turns on, I call them to tell them and told me to bring it in so I did, all Saul did was reset the check engine light and sent me back home telling me i was going to get a call back, it’s been 2 weeks and still no call back, but I did insist and they ignored my calls. Never going to a small dealer ever again, worst experience ever.

I signed the contract and weeks later told me finance could not finance me and would need more money down after 3 weeks.called Yo yo financing look it up. I should have returned the car that day and have bought it somewhere else. Run and find another place to buy a car. If you can go somewhere else to buy a car please do so. This was by far the worst car buying experience of my life. I was told on instagram that I was going to be buying an AWD BMW X1. That was a surprise. Went through the entire car purchase until a month later went to get the car service and to my surprise the car wasn’t AWD. It was RWD. I was lied to into buying a car which I made it very clear I needed a car that was AWD and drove in the snow.Saul is the finance person and he has yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me. Ashley assured me she would help and didn’t even speak to me when I was inside of the dealership.And below is the lack of communication from the owner of SS Auto Sales. Completely ignoring me. I have to hassle him and chase him. I keep him safe.

I bought a car from this dealership, it took 7 hours to get everything ready I was so disappointed, and the car that I got had engine problems a week later took it to get fix. They took 2 weeks for them to fix it and they didn’t really fix nothing a week later the problems came back again.
