Came in to get a quick gift although I should have called ahead the staff was nice enough to prepare a box of strawberries and find the last mothers day balloon left, since in Nicaragua mothers day is celebrated on May 30.

Worst experience ever! I have ordered from other stores in the past but this one honestly the Worst! Placed and order a day BEFORE and they still couldnt deliver the next day within a 5mile radius.. Thanks for ruining my anniversary!

Poor service, they dont use vehicles with cooling system as advertised, as a result in valentines my wife received an arrangement with the chocolate all melted smeared all over the wrapping, dissatisfied especially on that day
