Horrible customer service! They are not able to deliver the dress I ordered which I’m not even upset about. It’s the fact they are giving me the hardest time about giving me my deposit back. Apparently the owner has to approve the refund, which of course she is not available on the phone. But that is not the worse part, I was able to get ahold of the owner, but she felt because I was being “disrespectful “ to her employees by asking them for my money back she was going to hold off on “approving” the refund. She felt I was rude because I was asking her employees to do the right thing and refund my deposit since they were unable to provide me with the dress I ordered. They send me a picture of a similar dress with a different cut, which they could alter to make it look like original dress. Customer service is definitely not at the fore front of their business. I let the owner know I live in Corona and I drove to Huntington Park to get my refund. She did not care and because “I was demanding” my money back it was going to be on her time, not mine. Again, CUSTOMER SERVICE 101, if you sell a product or service and you can’t deliver or perform the service, the right thing to do is to give the customer a refund. My mistake was to not check the reviews prior to visiting the store. PLEASE if you are thinking of purchasing anything from this store, think twice. I would hate for them to do this to anyone else. This in my book is theft. As of today, still no refund event after the owner said she would call me back before end of day. She did “butt dialed me” and I could hear her conversation which I recorded. Just absolutely poor management and ownership. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Very sad situation.
