They take forever to assist you . When they did we tried to take a picture of a dress we tried on to send to the madrina that was gonna pay for it but they didn’t let us. We then just tried texting her to tell her how much it cost but for some reason they thought we were still taking pictures supposedly and told us to put our phones away. After having a stressful day looking for dresses we were over it and just listened because we just wanted to get the dress since it was beautiful. We were ready to buy the dress since it was so pretty that we were even going to buy my other daughter another one and we wanted her to try it on, but then the lady says that she is not gonna let her try it on because we “kept taking pictures “. Even though we weren’t. She had such a bad attitude that we decided to not buy the dress or anything at all from there. They should have better manners and a sign that pictures are not allowed because how were we supposed to know . At first we were okay with it but she was so rude about us having our phones even though we stopped taking pictures. So ridiculous .

I came here in February to check out some dresses. The girl who assisted me was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately she didn’t let me take any pictures of the dresses I tried on because they could “steal the style.” Even though all of LA and Hp tends to have the same exact dresses and styles. From all the places I had gone to she was the only one who gave me prices and let me trying on the dresses without getting pressure to bring all the other brides mades inn for a “better deal.” Fast forward to August I came in for my fitting and pay off the dress as we agreed to in February and was written on the order form. The lady who assisted me lacked customer service. She ordered another lady to help me with the dress I had picked out. Since it didn’t close and they didn’t have a bigger size they would thrown in a corset. I this point I was just over it. I asked the lady if there was any other dress in a bigger size and in a different style same color. So i showed her a picture of my ideal dress and i ended up finding it in the size I wanted. Unfortunately they had to order the dress. The lady told me had to leave a deposit of 1/2 of the worth of the dress. I decided to pay in full so there wouldn’t be any surprises. The lady said in about a week it should arrive and we’ll give you a call. 2 weeks pass from the date I order the dress. It was also two weeks from the wedding. I decided to and check what was going on. The lady who answered asked for my receipt number. Then she said she would call me back. All day no call. I decided to walk in early Friday morning and see what was going on. Turns out the dress was there but no one knew it was mine. I try it on and it fit ok. Some parts were loose. They offered to adjust straps for $10 extra. At this point I was ready to run out with my dress and go get it adjusted a professional seamstress. I asked about the jewelry on display and how much did it run for. The lady wanted to sell me a necklace set, bracelet For $45. Fortunate for me there debit cards machine wasn’t working. They wanted me to use a weird atm. No thank you. After all this shop at your own risk. This place is a zoo full of unprofessional baboons.

This place is so over priced, they have hidden fees they don’t tell you about when you first make a deposit for the dresses, they don’t make it to the right fit when supposedly they take all your measurement down. This is my third time coming to pick up the the dress and when I have my daughter try it on it doesn’t fit her and they will still charge Your extra for them to fit it! For 5 dresse for damas in total with all the extra hidden fees I spend like $680😡 and they seem to not care for anything you tell them. Is not worth It !Never ever again !

They gave me my dress so wrinkled :/ never coming here again! they don’t offer steaming service, but why would they give it to me so wrinkled
