I came to this store when I was 14 looking for my 15 dress and I was attended by Yohanna and she helped me try on as manny dresses and showed me different styles, with a great attitude. All the staff and crew make sure their clients leave satisfied and always have a positive attitude. They make sure that you find a dress that is a perfect match for you. I am a 4 year customer. Their combo prices are amazing. They have salons, limousine’s, and meal plans so you won’t have to worry about anything. I recommend this store 100/100. I will continue coming here for all my events.

Horrible attitude the lady with the long nails and she is fat give you such an attitude and also she lied about I giving her attitude and I throw something at her even though it was a lie and also if you go make sure they tell you what you are getting because they are the type of people to charge you for extra for thing you need like they told us we had a full set $250 and then it turns out we are missing 2 pieces and $35 each thing we need cuz they “ordered extra” because they new we were going to need it so I suggested you don’t come trust me you will find better elsewhere…

Great boutique! If you are looking for crowns or head pieces this is the spot! I went to every store quince and bridal store on Pacific, and this was the place that had the most crowns and amazing quality and collections. Also the staff are very very nice!

Do not shop here. I asked to speak with owner several times and they kept making excuses. They took measurements for 6 of my girls and when I picked them up and tried them, not one dress fit. They where all too small. The dresses where originally $75 but they lowered the price to $50. Now that they ordered the wrong sizes, they want to charge us $35 for alterations or exchanges. Sounds fishy too me. When I walked out with the dresses, the lady didnt tell me that once I walked out the store, they couldnt exchange the sizes for free. **THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB** They refused to give me any names or the owners name. Take your business somewhere else. Their customer service sucks, I should have read the reviews, looks like I am not the only one they did this too.

I second Ramons comment!!! They only had one of the hand jewelry pieces I wanted, and it was unmarked. All the others were $10. This one was $18 & exact same style, just different color. I wanted two. They said I could leave a deposit & come back next week for both... umm... no! So, I agreed to get the one. After getting in my car, I open the package and pull it out. A rhinestone falls out into the package, along with a broken piece of metal. I immediately call the store back to explain. Sorry... no exchange, no refund!!! Wow, brand new item falls apart before it leaves the package and they couldnt care less. Worst customer service! So glad I didnt fall for the deposit scam too.

Great service and would completly recommend. Many of the negative comments here do not go according to our experience. They were always very attentive to detail and had everything in writing so as both parties new what was agreed on and what wasnt. We were charged for alterations to the dresses that didnt fit at first which would be the only down side I would have to say. But beside that the service was great, they were always very busy so one just needed to be patient and wait their turn. In the end the 15 turned out beautiful and we all had a very good time. Thank you Jesus Brididal for making this possible!

Horribly service ! Worse place ever do not shop for dresses here. I ordered my Dama dresses and they took the wrong measurements. When my damas tried them on it did not fit NO ONE! They took the wrong measurements and decided to blame it on us. This is there fault therefore they should have done something about it but instead were trying to charge us more for the mistake they did . They have the nastiest attitudes ever and don’t know how to treat customers DO NOT SHOP HERE! if you are looking for great service go to Lisa’s bridal it is across the street. They have great customer service unlike Jesus bridal

If it wasnt for Johanna, I wouldnt have dresses for my daughters Quince, she bend over backwards to accommodate me. Even though I was nasty (attitude) with her she was always trying to keep me happy. I want to thank her and and her helper for putting up with me... Anyhow stuff at the end was not satisfying with minor details.

Make sure you get everything in writing they offer you a deal and dont keep their word!! Horrible customer service and the tailor doesnt know what shes doing.

BEWARE!!! Do not buy anything here! I should have read the reviews before going in with my daughter for a fitting. My daughter was part of a quince party that ordered the dresses here. Like posted on many other reviews, these people show you dresses off a cataloge and then make you give a deposit to make sure your stuck buying the dress. We ordered a dress and they called us 3 weeks out of the quince to tell us they couldn’t get it in time so we would have to pick different dress. The dress we were stuck with looked was horrible, madly made and the cheapest material including a paper tag. We could have gotten something better at the alleys. We ended paying$75 dollars for a $20 dress. Stay away look for a better place and check the reviews. Try amazon they have the same dresses on the cataloge for way cheaper.

I had the worst experience at this places. I rent my two boys a pair of pants, shirt, bow tie and suspenders. Everything went wrong since the day I picked up. They had the wrong measurements and they had some type of bugs that left my baby with so many bites his skin got really bad. I told the two girls that was working at the time that they had some type of bugs and they both just said “no not in the store you must of got them outside” we sat in the floor because they don’t even have chairs. I have picture of my baby’s skin. She tried giving me a ugly shirt looking damage I got another one still ugly. I got the shirt and end up buying my two boys new shirt at another store I didn’t want my kids to wear ugly shirts. That’s not it....let me tell you the day I had to return the clothes “oh my god!” The lady starts checking to see if the pants had any holes she inspect the pants like a profesional with her nails like if she already knew it had a hole. She said my son did that and he must of ripped the tiny tiny hole with a nail LOL I know ridiculous right. So she charged me for a pair of new pants which I payed them, I payed because I like things done the right way so if she charged me for a pair of new pants I went ahead and RIPPED the pants in half. Yes I did that. Why? Well because I couldn’t allow them scamming other people that might not have the money to give them like that and to top it off they did the same thing to my friend. SO SAD. I know. I hope everyone checks the clothes carefully and don’t get fooled by these people that are nothing but robbers. I can’t believe I did that but if she charged me for the ripped pants and most likely was going to put them back and rent them again and keep on getting money from innocent people that trust them by renting the tuxedos. Terrible terrible and worst place I walked in to. I forgot a bow tie and she said she was just going to give me half of one deposit which she didn’t. It’s ok I let them keep my money I love to feed the people that are in need! To you scammers may god bless you!

These people are so unprofessional its ridiculous!! We got our dresses here for my sisters wedding and they measured everyone and still got the dresses in a size that the dress didnt even come in but yet still took everyones money to put the order in and didnt let us exchange them had us pick another dress from the catalog which is stupid!! A dress you see on a catalog and a dress you try on is soo different!! I wouldnt recommend this place at all especially if you want things to go smoothly for you and your event. It will just add more stress just dont get dresses here trust me!!

In my opinion these people are thieves masquerading as a legitimate business. The contract they have you sign is simply a way to legitimize their theft.

Very bad service and unprofessional! The tuxedos we rented were not ready for pick up even though we went in for measurements months in advance. We waited for 5 hours to get the suits and they were dirty. The employee was harassing and intimidating us with threats when we confronted her about the long wait and unprofessional service.

EYE WITH THIS STORE! At first the manager of the store SEGUN very kind received us showing us the dresses ... after I paid for the dress and the adjustments when I returned another day for the dress in her contract there was a crown that the girl had tried on the dress which HAD NOT BEEN REQUESTED, which is not in my contract, as well as they offered me a mask by phone which I accepted but it was too big ... he did not want to make the adjustments by charging extra for the crown, which It was not in my contract and the mask that did not fit the girl. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I loved the costumes! All very organized and in good condition and especially the best service. Everything went very well. I just want to say that this place is definitely the place to go if you are trying to alter your dress. I came in here asking them to redo my mothers wedding dress as her anniversary approached and she wanted to wear the same dress only with a few modifications and the lady here was very kind. From the beginning she was very polite and helpful. I told her that I wanted her to change the dress and make it more modern and she gave me so many options and definitely helped me to completely redesign the dress. The end result was perfect! We will definitely return here for help in the future!

Yesterday 04/09/19 I went to pick up my dress that is being upset since I needed some agustes and they had too many people that I suppose were the groups of chamberlains of these boys below. Before hand they told me and those who were arriving that there was a long waiting time and it was our decision whether we waited or not. I was waiting for my dress and I observed how the many and the boys were helping the various groups of chamberlains as they were arriving they were attentive to the changes that chamberlains were needing until the suit fit them just as the children and moms felt were comfortable I am surprised that they donate that they were broken and dirty personally if they are giving me something broken and dirty and I am seeing it I do not take it but in the time I saw they were wearing their suits. What I saw was an annoying grocery lady since she entered the waiting time but it was her decision to wait since she was told that she was waiting for a long time. The dress was perfect which was catalog and at first I do not stay the size that I ordered but from the beginning they explained to me that the sizes of each company ran differently and maybe I would need some agustes since the sizes are not exact to the measures they take. I would recommend them both 5 stars Yohana thank you very much I will return soon

Bunch of thieves! Beware of this place. I had the worst experience in this place. Picked up a suit for my son and gave me a pair of pants with a defect on it. I did not realize until I decided to return it the day after the party. Not only did they keep my deposit, they also made me pay $ 45 for a damage that was there in the first place. Im glad Im out of $ 45 and not $ 11,000 that I planed to spend on my quinceanera daughters ...Robbery ball. Beware of this place. I had the worst experience in this place. I rented a suit for my son with a small pull of a thread. I thought it was part of the sewing and did not mention it to the ladies of the place. Upon returning I was informed that not only would they keep my deposit, I would also have to pay an extra $ 45 for the damage that the wrinkled pants they gave me already had.
