If I could give a 0 Stars I would. Please dont get your dress here they will rip you off .When I went for first time and ordered my dress they where very nice and professional then when I followed up on my dress they were rude and just telling me lies . Final tried my dress was nothing like the one I ordered. I almost had a heart attack but I only had a month before my wedding. So I had no choice but to try and work with that one. The dress fitted me very loose being a corset that was closed all the way. I had to pay them $300 more so they told fix it. They kept promising that it would be ready in a week and so on. Every time I would call they would have different excuses or they would answer my call at all. I finally had to go in person to find out what was going on. Of coarse they had not even touched my dress abs I only had one week before my wedding. I Ended up taking my dress and having someone else to try and fix it as much as they could. I ended up paying over $2000 for a dress that was suppose to be $1100. Totally not worth it.

My first time at the store She was very professional and nice. But my second time she act like she didnt know who we are that was very disappointed. She promise to give my dress in one month that was a lie.but overall my dress was very beautiful and elegant she did a good job on my wedding dress. Thank YOU for making me look beautiful on our wedding day july 21st the best day of ours life.

This place is horible because they mest up my dress packet 3 times and the were very rude to me.

They never told me my dress ... !!! A month before my wedding I went almost daily to ask about my dress and they told me for another seaman sure for the other week sure I wanted to charge more ends up paying 1000 dollars and 2 days before my wedding I went to pick it up and I did not cry and I cried and my husband fought with them and they just wanted to give us our money. It was the worst experience of my life Luis blond hair girl will give you larger and never tell you the truth this was horrible never buy in this place please! The worst that day for a quincianera did not fit the dress and 15 days left. The workers there are laughing when they talked on the phone this was terrible I thought that because it was pretty the dress that was worth waiting for in the day before my wedding I went to another place and thank God I could find my dress. Imagine a bride without a dress who was fooled by bad people who just want money. For your own good, dont buy your dress. Shes going to make up stories for you, but the truth is that they are not reliable. The people in this photo were the ones who told me oh yes in a week and I had to fight to get my money back That little, they almost ruined my wedding just because they are super informal. But the little girl told me that today the clients who were angry was because she had also done badly when it was her business that failed and Ellas did not feel bad at all. Minus 10 stars that deserve.

Very bad truth. They say that the dresses are made to measure and in the end they run small. They gave me my dress about four days before my event and it didnt fit so they sent it to another place and they gave it to me the day before my wedding only to realize that it was too short.
