Highly recommend this dealer. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone to other dealers where you walk in and they don’t even notice you, also if Peter is working you’re in good hands. I bought a seat from them and Peter was able to help out with the metal base part on the bottom.

I purchase two hino tow trucks with this RWC first the salesperson extremely unprofessional and promising impossibles they charge me 8,500 more for each tow truck and plain set up on both of them and now not of my trucks are having brake and cracking noises on the front axles when you apply the brakes brought the first one in to the dealer and MARIO after I request to please don’t trash my tow truck after I left the office he quickly when to KEN and started it talking behind my back very professional how I k ow this you may ask you’re self I forgot my tow truck keys and when back to the office and when MARIO seem me back in the office they both look surprise to see me again so fast and the nightmare continues after a week and a half the so call professionals and until today the couldnt figure out the problem but right away the charge me a lot of money to so call diagnose and like always HINO and them wash there hands when it comes to warranty there vehicles.over all my experience with this place and staff is and it will be worst experience.I would never refer anybody to this dealer and repair shop all the do it’s make hundred of excuses to just charge you for nothing.I hope the CEO of this nightmare company will read this —-00 review they earn it.

I just bought a 2020 Hino 195 on April 29th. I went back to pick it up on April the 30th. Few minutes after driving out the Dealer, the AC wasnt working. I went back to Dealer, the salesman wasnt to helpful to resolve the issue. They asked me to leave truck. I had a really bad experience with Philip Galan, which is the sales person that sold me the truck. Athis point, They havent fixed the issue. VERY MEDIOCRE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS SALESMAN. This has affect my business.

I would say they did help me get my first truck so I appreciate it. But the truck they sold me has been a nightmare in repair cost. And it has a lot of rust that was spray painted over. Overall I say I wouldnt buy a truck here again. Thanks anyways the truck is still kicking but breaks down every other week and needs parts and more parts and more parts, it never ends!

We have a brand new Hino, and having a issue with it. the huntington park location wants to charge me to look at it, we told them its under warranty and they still want over $350.00. this place is scamming us, wants us to pay money for warranty work

Absolute crooks! They did a recall on a truck and they improperly reinstalled parts! We took truck back and said the equipment isnt working the same way. They assured us that it was correct. A year later out PTO blows out and we bring the truck to 2 other shops that insist and improperly installed (reinstalled by RWC) switch caused PTO to run nonstop for a year! They of course deny it! ABSOLUTE CROOKS!

I call this people to see if was possible to check an electrical fault in my international truck, so I told the guy that I just wanted to check the problem and if was possible to fix it with out leave the truck good because I was on the middle of a delivery... so I drove 80 Miller out of my way to there and when I arrived the told me that I needed to leave the truck my, the manager of this shop was really rude and I couldnt do anything, o lost 4 hours and diesel because this people so... guys dont use this shop please

Seriously what these guys are doing here must be illegal, they got me on a credit app for this truck below. Next day the guy just tells me that he somehow lost the truck and the next truck he will have in the course of two months is forty thousand dollars more expensive. Im like no thanks bye but apparently this is either a scam or data harvesting mechanism because they ran my credit. Either way I am disgusted.

Not what i was expecting, even though i bought the truck @ RWC PacoimaWent in for warranty, they say they open at 6 am, If you show up before 6, you have to find your own place to park, they will not let you in .

Went there to pick up a part for my husbands company. The big guy a manager that works in parts department was hitting on me at first. When I shut him down he was very rude to me and overcharged me for the part that was quoted to us cheaper over the phone. Horrible service and the manager thinks he is the Enrique Iglesias lol

This place sucks. Took my truck in for hard start. They charged me 7,200.00 USD to replace 1 bad injector. Next day I had same issue and I had my mechanic look at it. He opened it up and found a used injector with a worn plunger. We took pictures and took them to the dealer, showed them to the manager and he said we were lying. We assembled the truck and brought it to them. What their mechanic opened it he confirmed my claim. After all the evidence they were only willing to refund 2,000.00 usd even after apologizing for the mistake so now I have to proceed with legal action.

High prices unless you have an account. I went to this store because it was near my house but my boss has an account at another International Dealer. I paid the price because I needed the lights for my truck to be legal to run the next early morning. The staff was friendly but that didnt help at the price I paid.

Decent customer service, get you in, get you out and on your way. Never had any complaints about the work performed on the vehicles either.

It was a really bad experience work with this people.I took my truck there because a light was on. After a quick check they give an estimate of $9,000.00 USD for repairs. The price was excessive because they said that the DPF was damaged, I ask them just to clean my DPF, after 7 days they did not clean the DPF and they said they need to perform another compression test, they promise to have the test results the next day, next day the test was not done because the technician working on the truck did not come to work.So, I told them that I need my truck back (9 days after), then I went to talk with the service manager and he told me that if I want to take my truck, I had to tow it, because it was disassembled, I ask them how much time they need to perform the test, the manager said that he could have it at 3:00 pm, I agree to give them one more chance. At 3:00 pm I called back and the service manager told me that thy couldnt perform the test because the tooling was no functioning and he needed 4 more days to get a new tool, so I ask him to give me back my truck in the same way that I delivered, he told me that he had to charge for assembling back even when they did not perform the test. At the end they call me that day at night asking me to pick up the truck.The worst part, I took the truck somewhere else, they checked the DPF and it was good, only need cleaning.Bad business ethics.

Needed a front corner passenger light for my 06 npr,the guy at the counter said it was 500.00$,on eBay it costs 47 bucks with free shipping... maybe the guy thought I wanted the whole cab..thats a ridiculous price!
