This place undoubtedly needs to improve there customer service ! Do not go here if you don’t know anything about your console ! The guy here honestly seem like he didn’t want to help me and was telling me something I already knew. So if I where you I would go somewhere else I bet they have better service and most likely will be more professional with that being said take that information as you will !

This place is awesome. I thought that after trying and failing to fix my ps3 myself, it was done; but Daniel was able to get it running again perfectly for only $45 with a 30 day warranty! He even knocked off $5 because the power button wasnt working properly when he tested it in front of me but when I got home and turned it on the button worked fine! Will definitely come back for my other console needs. Highly recommend.

Very dissatisfied with this repair center, was told to wait a week for it to be fixed and to pick it up on a Wednesday. I couldnt make it Wednesday so I called off work on Friday to pick it up and it wasnt ready! He tells me that some guy is out of town that it will be ready Monday so I said ok i understand so I call today “monday” and he says its not ready yet and he doesnt remember telling me that it would be ready Wednesday. VERY POOR SERVICE I THINK ITS JUST AN EXCUSES FOR LAZINESS

Sloved my question answered another problem, what can I say life get much easier with fusion electronics.

They changed my laptop screen but at the same time broke the screen frame around it. please see pics. now laptop doesn’t fully close, the screen wobbles, it doesn’t stay up and there are pieces that are either falling apart or just fell off completely. and i still paid full price. don’t waste your time here. never going back even though it’s just a few blocks away.

Very rude, the people working in here have ZERO customer service skills. They dont adhere to the time listed on google or on the sign posted outside of their establishment. The place is ghetto and not worth your time. Find someone else to fix your electronics. I will never return to this place and regret ever stepping foot inside.

They are pretty knowledgeable about most small electronics. From PCS to cell phones, they can fix most problems. I also like the fact that they are upfront about the cost because sometimes the price of repair is more than the actual item itself. Making it not worth it to fix. They are not the cheapest repair place but they do good work.P.s. They only deal with cash.

Nothing but nice guys. Shop is a bit on the simple side but the service is great. My iPhone 6s+ had an issue where the earpiece was too low. Took it in on a saturday, they guy changed the earpiece and told me to test it, it improved but not enough to say it was fixed, so he told me to come back the next Monday since he would get new parts and he would try again then. I did, he fixed it and only charged $5 more. It was cheaper than a place I had asked before and the people are honest. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place, excellent service and super friendly people. Took my PS3 to get the laser fixed and in an hour it was ready to take home. I havent used the system in a long time. These fellas were super awesome. They managed to fix two of my systems (one of which was broken beyond repair according to another shop) with not much time and not a lot of money. (They literally charged me 1/2 what that other shop tried) What was even more appreciated is that they kept me in the loop of what they were trying on each system while I waited. Which tells me they know what theyre doing and werent trying to pull one over on me like other places may have. The guys working here were super nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was amaze with the low price for a screen replacement for my iPhone but shockingly the resolution is low quality LCD display with faded colors that is noticeable for the ones that pay attention. They must have use a cheap screen LCD to make profit. What a shame. I notice the flaws. The price was too good to be true. Never coming here again. Do not recommend!!!

It says they fix ps4 controllers but they couldn’t fix a joy stick also “they open” at 10am so I called from 10am to 10:30 am and no one answered so I decided to go see if they where open and person there was eating watching tv so I don’t know if he just got there or decided not to answer.

Great repair place. Took my xbox in to get the faulty laser replaced. Cost $59, done in 40 minutes and 4 month warranty on the new laser. Ill recommend this place to anyone having problems with their gaming consoles.

These are honest, professional and all-around great guys who do great work. Ive brought my P S4 and PS4 here for repairs.

Took my PS3 so they can replace the lens. Mike, one of the workers was very friendly and they give you tips what to do so your systems lens not to bust again. itll take some days, but youll leave with your system repaired like the first day you bought it. If youre having trouble with your system, I definitely recommend this place. In case another system or electronic goes bad, I look forward to going here again. Thank you Fuzion Games!

I called them twice to hear the progress of screen replacement on my Nintendo 3ds I dropped on their store 2 weeks ago and they told me they are still waiting the tools that are needed for replacement and the things will be all set on weekend. On Friday I went to their shop to contact them in person for understanding the case accurately. They told me the replacement has done before today. My guess is they acted dishonest because they were trying to make me wait more than 30 days to violate the policy so my 3ds console becomes their property. I dont recommend this place.

Brought my Nintendo 3DS XL for a replacement on the charging port. Sometime in late 2016 I spilled water on it causing the battery and charging port to fail.It took it in and left it for repair (took about a week and they make you remove any memory cards or game cartridges)Although they left my 3DS like new and Ive had 0 problems ever since I got it back from them, It wasnt after some hassle (didnt work after initial repairs and the handheld repair department only comes in on the weekends so you have to wait a full week)This is to be expected with old broken electronics though. They get the job done and you get a 30 day warranty

I forgot to leave a review when i had a problem with my PS4 last September and they didn’t fix it same day but i came pretty late and i came in the next day to get it back and it worked perfectly but i did need to get a new HDMI cable but that’s not related to it.

First my ps4 then my iPhone 6. Took in my ps4 Pro to get the hdmi port replaced. Gave me a good price and time on when I’d be fixed. It took about 3 days. after that worked out a few weeks later I had blew up my iPhone screen fortunately they got mine fixed under 60 dollars and in under 15 minutes. To say the least at first I was hesitant reading reviews of different places in the area giving you a time and not pulling thu and looking shady. These guys are passionate about their craft and I’ll definitely be back again after I break another phone screen.

Theyre a bunch of money hungry jerks! I used to go to them but recently Ive stopped because I started hear some troubling things. The last time i went was because my ps4 wasnt displaying on my tv and they told me it was because that the hdmi port was messed up and that itd be like $90 to fix it. So I pay them and when I got back my ps4 it still didnt work... It turns out that it was the hdmi cable! And these asses probably knew that and just didnt do anything to the ps4 and just kept the my money.

This is a great place to repair your Nintendo 3DS, PS3, XBOX, and computer. They are very affordable and reasonable. My boys have two Nintendo 3ds. One screen blacked out and didnt turned on. Then the other 3ds blacked out the next year. I came to fusion electronics and they repaired both 3 days later. My repair has already been at least a year or more. Came here to get my ps3 fix for 60 bucks! Sony was going to charge me about 200 bucks. So I looked on the forums and found out about this place. Havent had a problem since Ive got me ps3 back, runs like new =) I recomend this place
