This place has been really good, so far. It’s Inexpensive compared to other storage facilities. The service is really good. Eva at the front desk helped me get the unit i wanted. She made sure I had all the info I needed. She’s super attentive and nice. Very clean, I was able to bring in and store a lot of boxes and things from my move. They really are a blessing.

Awesome place, hidden in the heart of downtown HP, very convenient located, I can run my business and always come back for more inventory,access hours a little inconvenient but for the area I totally understand.The old lady at the office is the sweetheart.

I was in a rush and super stressed out trying to find a good priced storage as in left everything last minute and if it wasn’t for Huntington park self storage I would of list my sanity! Here I found more than good pricing, I found excellent customer service and understanding and I must comment on the cleanliness of the facility! LOL, it almost feels most businesses take having clean bathroom and business too lightly. I priced others and they were sooooo expensive, I understand a business must make money but come on!! This place used to be decent.However, it is very clear that they make no effort to hire reputable and capable people. I had an atrocious experience with the chunky office lady.

Able to find a big unit less than what I pay for 2 storages I have out. Don’t have to worry about paying 2 of them now I have one unit at a affordable price. Eva was a great help over the phone and in person. I recommend everybody to come check them out.

Definitely had a good first time impression! I wasn’t sure which unit to get and the staff never pressured me and they were very polite, I ended up getting a great unit at a good price compared to other competitors. Thanks!

Please fire the lady at the front office. I am unsure of her name, but she is Hispanic and overweight. Her customer service is disgusting. Please hire people that are capable. She makes it seem as if the customer is an inconvenience when this is her job.

The facility is fine. It isnt great it overly clean. Its dusty. The bathrooms are fine. Definitely not squeaky clean. The staff is where the issues begin. While you can be helped by someone amicable and polite, you can also deal with someone condescending and unlikeable. For example, the fat chick with the tacky fake eyelashes. The dude with glasses is polite and friendly. Thats about it. Go in & out. Then, your experience will be fine.

Tracy has the best customer service, she took my payment and got me in n out! Got me my new key since I had to replace my damaged key! Was fast efficient and very informative! It was a fiasco. Had a tome scheduled to b out and the office was aware showed up and nobody was in office stayed outside gates because theyd given me no code. Followed someone else in and two hours later still nobody. I needed my deposit back. Called the main line explained the situation who was to contact the manager and get in contact with me. Had no wY to exit again because theyd given me no code. Another hour goes by and still no phone call from manager but in my rearview i see her walking up with a broom as though shed been there...altbough she hadnt and i had to track her down..ugh!!!!!!! Id never go thete agai

Today was my first time ever been to a place to storage unit and I was attended by this guy he was so rude! I wanted to rent a 5x15 and I asked him if he show me a the wrong unit because it was smaller then requested, his reply was you dont want to rent it if you dont want to, I asked him if it was wrong room because it was smaller he was no it is what it is take it or leave it !, spoke to the manager about his performance named Christopher Flores, he was not as rude but didnt care his employee performance, the guy in the photo was the guy that was rude asked his name didnt want to say and asked Christopher didnt want to say his name ether, so here is his photo so you can stay away from this guy and this place they stealing from ppl charging them for more space and giving you way less then what you pay for ! Hope this helps you

Yard and buildings are clean. Hallways are wide and very workable for large items. To me the price is very good.

It’s been great having my stuff at this storage the are always helpful and understand what you need I been with them for some time and I am happy I choose them.

Staff members are friendly and the facility is always clean. They have great online deals, so make sure not to miss out on special discounts online.

This self storage is amazing! I’m new to the area and needed a storage for a few of my things and i’m so happy to have found this place. Chris was very comfortable to work with and he was very understanding of my budget and what I can afford. The rest of the staff were super friendly and it made me feel comfortable to do business with! Plus the storage is well maintained and have security cameras all around. I’ll definitely be recommending this place!!

I would like to go out of my way to make this review because its definitely worthy and deserving for the public to know, i have had the pleasure of meeting and having the honor of such great customer service from their employee Vanessa who was BEYOND helpful. i asked her what unit was good enough were i can store my items that would be financially adequate and she was very awesome to go over all the details and give me options and helped me save money and the assurance that my items would be safe and secure there!! theres not so many businesses you walk into to find that great customer experience and wows you and when you do all you can do is tell the world and hope they get it in return from their own employer! Best storage place in Huntington Park!!! The staff members are friendly and very professional. They provided me with friendly customer service and were also very patient throughout the process!

We moved out storage recently in October due to the fact that someone broke in and the damage was not reported to the tenant (my father ) . They took advanataged of a disabled senior citizen and their response was you get what you paid for . We have been harassed by several employees and refused a refund even though we were guaranteed one . So we spend an additional $400 trying to relocate my dads items because of unsafe conditions not to mention their rude and uneducated staff members. We now pay $75 in a private community storage with higher level of security while we paid $188 for a risky contract. I guess we didnt get what we paid for .

Its actually a very cool storage place. It has a security door that can only be opened with a card they provide you with when you rent a unit. The unit my friend is renting is approximately 10x12 feet im estimating. She pays $90 a month. Which is nothing in comparison to $300 a month from other well known places who seem to have forgoten that most of the time when people need a storage place its almost always cause they fell into hard times.. So thank you HP storage for beeing mindful and fair to everyone. Oh and one last thing.... There is a wonderful man who i think does maintenance for them. Who is always keeping an eye out and making sure the place is clean and well lit. Very helpful and the most friendly gentleman ive had the pleasure of meeting.

Affordable prices and decent size storage units, I cant believe how easy and fast we got it after searching for a reasonable prices and 10 mins away from where we are moving to it will be easier to get to than having to drive alot. I really enjoyed chris he was very helpful, nice and the gold cart ride was fun.

I’ve had a family storage unit at this place for over 20 years and I think i’m about ready to get rid of it. Prices have been jacked up every year ever since the new management company came in. It feels like i’m paying for renting a room to live in and not for my stuff to be stored.
