.They were very courteous and friendly. My particular part had to be ordered, but was ready for pickup in 2 days. Amazon and others online were giving me up to 3 weeks as well as shipping charges. I was not going without my fridge for that long. Price was reasonable and I will go there again for any appliance parts needed.

Starting with the rudeness on my phone call to the jerk that waited on me. I will never go back! Id rather order online and wait a week as to be treated the way I was. Not even a thank you when I left! People need to realize that its because of US, the customers, that THEY get a paycheck!

They said one part was dealer only and the one they had in stock was 3 times the price of Amazon. Ordered both from Amazon and with shipping included.... I pay 34 dollars less. No thanks Dayton, Ill keep my money!
