I had to pay cash for a new windshield and called safelite and they charged me almost 500 bucks i called justice they only charged me 260 super quick and nice guys ill always bring my business to them from now on. Plus its a local business not a corporation highly recommend them

Had my windshield replaced and had chips fixed here. Friendly staff excellent quality work.

Had to make two separate appointments for my dads truck, the first time it was pulled into the shop & the installers had left so we sat for around three-four hours while the window was supposed to be replaced. The second time the window had gotten replaced but had to take in back a third time because a week or so later the windshield had cracked again, except from the inside where nothing could have hitten it.

As a contractor Ive used Justice on a few projects and theyve always been very professional, honest, and helpful. Good quality in everything they do.Recently had an issue on a shower door and they didnt try to blame me or even get upset about it. They took the product back and covered the cost, no question. Just good people!

I got a nasty voicemail from Steve telling me I promised to pay on a certain date and he was sending me to collections!The problem was I no longer lived in the home and paid for the window at the closing table for the new buyer. Therefore it was the buyers responsibility not mine.Simple enough right? Wrong When I call this guy back he was still nasty and telling me he didnt care about the buyer since I originally placed the order!Well the realtor reached out to the buyer and of course the buyer gave the company the money for the window. No apology no remorse I hate it when people treat other people disrespectfully it wont even admit they were wrong. Bad customer service!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. My window got shattered, I came here to get it fixed. Thy fixed it, NEVER BOLTED IT IN!!! It fell off the track within 3 months. The window then randomly just exploded one day, no reason. It wasnt to hot, wasnt to cold. Nothing, we were just driving and it combusted. It cut my leg all up, my arm and my foot (I was wearing flip flops) I then called to see what they would do about it they said they didnt gaurentee the glass and all they offered to do was order me a new window which Id have to pay $170 for after paying that the first time. Theyre really lucky it shattered on me and not my daughter
