I had an appointment today which was discussed yesterday. My mother found this boutique and I called and schedule an appointment last night for today. I arrived and phoned the owner, stated my name and the time of my appointment. She was so rude, my mother in law even agreed as she was listening to our conversation over the phone. She acted like she never spoke to me, stated that she was still home, she thought our appointment was for 15 minutes later than the time that I arrived. She was rude and I knew something was off yesterday when she kept me on the phone stating that “she owns a very successful financial company” so that’s why she only runs the boutique by appointment only and that she needed to head to the Hamptons by 2pm. So that is why I showed up at my 12:45pm appointment on time to not inconvenience her. I cancelled my appointment after feeling uncomfortable with our interaction, I then received 8 text messages, and 2 phone calls asking me to come back. At this point I had to tell her to stop harassing me or I would call the police, I had my 8 month old son in the car and I was very freaked out about this woman. Avoid at all costs, I will not do business with a psycho woman. Also, she told my mom she was a makeup artist for famous people, and as I read comments below she told someone she works for the CIA? This woman displays behaviorssomeone with a mental disorder, I hope she seeks therapy or counseling. Please get well.

I have been a customer of Terry for over 17 years. She has the most amazing, high quality beautiful and unique clothing and accessories. All of my Nieces have the crystal baby bracelet with their names on it that she can extend as they grow. All the clothing is soft and high end quality that washes well. She pays attention to every detail down to decorating the box and even the gift card. I go to her for all my family and friends baby gifts. You will never find another shop like hers. She is so personable and truly puts everything she has into every item she sells. She is the sweetest! I highly recommend you go visit her and buy the best baby gifts ever!! This beautiful boutique is more than a five star. Such gorgeous quality of clothing, I had bought a few outfits for my niece and it made a hit. My sister in law couldn’t believe the quality of the clothing as she had washed it numerous times and it looks brand new, the owner is wonderful, she is so helpful and so sweet. She took her time with me, such a beautiful soul. I would recommend anyone going here, I will definitely be going back here to buy all my clothing for my nieces. It was a beautiful experience. I’ve known Terry from about 30 yrs ago or more from her days when she had a booth at the Busy Bee In Massapequa and I have followed her to her beautiful boutique where she is now in Huntington village..I have bought many baby outfits over the years as gifts for baby showers, etc and the people I’ve given the gift to for their baby loved it and I was proud to give it as my present..everything is so dainty with pretty pink hearts painted on by Terry with satin ribbons and touches of iridescent sparkle and Swarovski crystals..she has even thrown in little lace matching socks to be nice, as well as offering to meet me at a location halfway between us so I didn’t have to drive so far..I also have friends that said they saved the outfit because it was way too pretty n special to throw out. Terry even decorates the gift box or bag with baby’s name and the same embellishments as the outfit had on it. Her store is beautiful & clean and I wish I could buy everything in it.. I’ve read the comments above n I’m shocked because I’ve never had a problem with her she’s always been kind and accommodating.

This place is TERRIBLE. The owner is completely crazy. Years ago my friends and I were standing outside of her store, and she ran across the street from a bar saying she was part of the “CIA”and had photos of us that she was sending them. Fast word to a year later and three kids were standing out side her store, because it a side walk and a public place, and she accused the only black children of stealing. She is completely psychotic and is known in Huntington for being accusatory and rude to children. If you don’t believe how crazy she is, please look in the comments section below where she says she is FILING A POLICE REPORT over negative comments. I’m in law school and laugh when I see that she thinks she can file a police report over this that the department will care about.

Two months ago I went to this store looking for my neighbor babys birthday and they have many beautiful clothes to choose and the owner was very friendly I will go back again and buy.

I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. Everything in this store is original and u won’t be able to find anywhere else!!! Highly recommend. In the past year, three godchildren had children of their own and Ive purchased four special gifts: a precious dress and three music boxes, all of them handmade and each of them artistically personalized at no extra charge. OMG this is terrific experience, the woman owner shouting at me with her spit, so disgusting behavior. The child cloth of her store is extremely expensive, I asked her some of cloth price and I found one same style and quality from eBay, her price is $16 but eBay just sold like $4.99 with free shopping. I told her match the price or give me some discount, she shouted at me with spit and make me vomit for her very aggressive way. Here is the same style which I found on eBay. Becareful of her attitude if she gonna attack you ！runaway first !!!

I recently came across this beautiful childrens store and I was drawn to how lovely the display was set up in the window . This quaint shop in Huntington LI was just as beautiful inside as it was from the window on the street. The owner, Terry, was so sweet and helpful as I recently became a grandmother and needed some layette items for my new granddaughter . As I strolled around the shop, I noticed how moderately priced the items were and how exceptional the clothing material was .There were so many items to choose from . Infant outfits, baby shoes, coats and blankets, items for the holidays, and Terry informed me that she can make anything I liked into the size I needed . I dont usually write reviews for anything, but I was so impressed with this store and the owner, Terry, I felt compelled to write a little note to let everyone know how great this shop is . I hope you all enjoy this store as much as I did .

I shop for my granddaughter in this store in the village of Huntington. The Owner was very helpful. I forgot my granddaughters size and I told her how old my granddaughter is and showed her a picture and she pretty much picked the perfect gifts for my Princess, who is 4 years old.

I never write reviews but I thought everyone should know what you are getting yourself into before you decide to visit or purchase anything. A few weeks ago I parked my car in front of her store, paid the meter for that specific spot and started walking to my massage appointment down the street. The owner of the store harassed me saying that I could not park in that spot because she paid for it, even though she did not have a car there and I clearly had the receipt that said I paid for the spot for two hours. She got completely irrational and then threatened to call the cops, to which I encouraged her to do so and walked away. The next day my cousin had a similar encounter with the owner. She had her two daughters with her and wanted to look around in her shop and the owner rudely told her that her kids were not allowed in and that if she wasn’t buying anything she needed to leave. If google would have allowed me to give this place zero stars, I would do so. Extremely unprofessional and insane.

Something is seriously off with the woman who runs this shop. While walking through Huntington village with my daughters (ages 8 and 10), we stopped into the store. The woman was immediately on us, and it was very apparent that browsing was not an option. She was incredibly rude (Ive actually never in my life encountered an owner running a shop who was so rude!) When we went to walk out, she began to yell at us, saying her mother was sick and we wasted her time. She scared my daughters with her behavior, and from what Im hearing, this is pretty much the norm. Aside from this behavior, the items were extremely overpriced and quite tacky. I would advise everyone to avoid this place - and this woman - at all costs.

Don’t be fooled by the cheerful balloon, inside this boutique is doom and gloom. While it pains me to diss “Main Street” it is important to note this cheeky entrepreneur does her “buying” at MARSHALL’S in Huntington. Aside from her unethical buisnessmanner she has an absolutely awful attitude. No browsing allowed - come ready to make impulsive purchases at three times the value.

I would listen to these reviews, as we did not. The women who runs the place is a total time bomb. We even questioned her state of mind with the little interaction we had. Beyond pressure sales tactics, it’s bad. It’s also not worth the money, I could’ve produced what she sold us. We were not impressed at all. I would really shop elsewhere, you’ll feel like a tourist in a flea market full of nut jobs.

I had a very unpleasant experience patronizing this shop. Items were overpriced, not ready when promised and owner appears to be forgetful and disorganized (though lacks the insight into her deficits in these areas which negatively impacts the way she conducts business). Repeated visits to collect things which were not ready on time, and/or incorrectly personalized, became more painful each time. After paying the higher prices, I actually found some of the exact items, at Marshalls up the street and on Zulily, at significantly lower prices. The lack of due diligence is on me. I mistakenly thought I was getting some unique items. I wont make the same mistake again and Ive advised my friends theyd be wise to pass this shop by.
