Good bagels. Locals love it, every time I go there is a line for ordering.

Bagels are good enough, fresh, made 8n premises, but its the customer service that lost them a customer. My wife went in to get bagels (and more) and then masagonistic gentleman behind the counter chose to make comments to my wife about items in the order, that were not appropriate for the setting. Why dont you smile under that mask, thats a lot of egg bagels, someone like you should get cinnamon raisin, or something light.Sorry Village Bagel, you dont get to treat customers that way when there is competition literally across the street... no shortage of equally home made bagels in the area

Slow service I am the only customer here and at least 15 flies buzzing around touching the bagels. Pretty gross. 12pm on a Saturday

They say they open at 6am. Some days they do, some days they dont. That makes it difficult for those of us who commute and are on a schedule. More importantly, the quality of the bagels is going down. Their bagels are now as anemic and undercooked as the bagels from around the corner. Please, go back to the way your bagels were. I will gladly give you 5 stars if you do.
