Called Minuteman Press about shipping a large package to Alaska. Carter Williams answered several questions of mine regarding the shipment process and offered suggestions. I arrived the next day with package (unboxed). Brittany was very kind and helpful, boxing the package using her tape and packing material. Extremely courteous and professional people. I would highly recommend this business to those in need of a shipping store.

Great experience beginning to end. The open floor layout is very nice as it allows customers to interact (view) the equipment and process that goes behind printing. Staff is personable, Louie and Kat were very attentive and made sure I was taken care of. There was a miscommunication on a correction and they took the time to re-print an entire order for me. The service alone is worth walking through the doors.
