I came to this location based on the amazing reviews. Anthony greeted my daughter and I with a smile. He asked what I was looking for . I explained the mattress for a guest room and pretty much showed me exactly what I was looking for immediately. There were a ton of brands and displays. There was an amazing promotion going on that threw in a free adjustable base . The whole process was smooth and Anthony was professional, polite and extremely good at his job.I also got to meet Dan who was also very courteous. I left feeling confident that I purchased the perfect mattress for the best price. Thank you Anthony for helping me today. I highly recommend this location.

I just purchased my first brand new, adjustable bed from Daniel/Danny Buckley and I have to say, he was excellent! I was nervous to make the purchase but thankfully, he is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality for customer service. I bought a mattress a week before I needed it delivered, which he said would be no problem. The day before delivery I got a call it would not arrive, but it could be there 4 days later. (I was moving into a new apartment so this was not ideal). I asked if it will definitely be there 4 days later and he would not give me a straight answer so I cancelled the order. Dont recommend

John at the store in Huntington was extremely helpful and generous in every way. He went above and beyond the call of duty to secure for me the best mattress for me at the best price and with the fastest delivery possible.The automated delivery updating system kept my apprised of the time right up to the minute the guys arrived with my mattress. They were in and out in minutes and I could not be happier.If you need a new mattress and/or box springs and you do not come to this store in Huntington, you are doing yourself a major disservice!!

I did not purchase from this location but the Huntington station location through Tom who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to reschedule my delivery due to our bed being delivered late. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact the Huntington Station store due to the massive power outage on Lo Island. Marsha helped me immediately and was so friendly! She informed me that the delivery was already routed and that she would call the delivery company to reschedule. She assured me it would be taken care of and not to worry at all because deliveries always get messed up. Marsha was a great person to deal with during this crazy time! I’m so happy I was dealing with her, everybody should be as helpful as she was.

The knowledge and deal on the package of buying a mattress, adjustable frame, mattress cover, and pillows was superb. Danial Buckley the sales man was fantastic. He was sincere and genuine in listening to us and showing us all the best options for our needs. We had a slight issue with delivery dates, and he was willing to help at literally 6pm the night before delivery to make sure our order was not delivered due to us having to be out of town. I would highly recommend this store and Danial as your next stop for a mattress and more.

Went in after I got out of work looking for a new mattress since my current one is well passed its expiration date. Was helped by an amazing man by the name of Philip Morizio. From start to finish he was genuinely a very polite and helpful guy. Did an outstanding job of helping me find a mattress that not only met my needs but also was well within my price range. All around a very positive and inviting experience when I need to get new sheets or pillows I know who Im going to go to for them.

Tom Cunniff, gave a thorough understanding of how to buy a mattress. Ive purchased a number of mattresses from sleepys over a 20 year span. I have never had an education like the one I experienced on this occasion. Tom is a valued member of your company. I guess the next level for this individual is corporate.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Berated me based off of my previous mattress purchases and basically just made me extremely uncomfortable the whole time i was there. I will never go back and i recommend anyone and everyone to stay away from this location and go to the one on walt whitman instead

If you want a mattress dont go here. Sleepys said that they would deliver my bed before the change. Needless to say it never came. They took my money in seconds but its been days of trying to get a bed delivered. Ive tried calling Sleepys and Mattress Firm but neither place had been able to help me. My delivery day was canceled and the the new delivery day has been miss managed. Its been weeks and I still dont have by bed. Do your self a favor buy somewhere else. Wish someone told me.

Seriously nice people thatll guide you to what youre looking for. Would recommend.
