MarineMax Huntington did a great job on my new boat - their sales and service staff are top notch, and delivery captain was so patient and made the day enjoyable for me and my family!

Terribly unprofessional sales staff. BEWARE! They are crooks and thieves. I will be filing a lawsuit to recoup my damages, but unless you are an attorney, its not an easy road. Better to avoid them!

Purchased a boat from these people. They avoided all responsibility for warranty and repair on a NEW boat. Big company, focused on their profit and not your boating safety and enjoyment. Even dangerous situations they ignore and give the corporate excuses. Whether you have $50,000 or $500,000 to spend, go elsewhere. They are only good at selling, not service or customer care.

Terrible service!Please do not have your boat serviced there. They simple do not care.This is the second season that I cant use my boat.I have a 35 foot Searay and could not get the boat serviced last year.This year I had to wait over a month to get my boat transported to MarinMax in Huntington only to be told that they will not service my boat this year because they are understaffed.Now I have to pay again to get my boat transported to a different marina.MarineMax in Huntington is unprofessional.They will not service your boat.Do not bring your boat there!Dont waste your time.

They don’t stand behind there repairs. Had fiberglass repairs done to a boat a purchased from them. There are cracks and there fiberglass guy said it needed to be fixed and told me on writing what needed to be done. Brought the boat to them to get this done one year ago. They didn’t do what I was told needed to be done. Now the cracks are back and they will not stand behind what was done. They don’t want anything to do with it. And took three weeks of calling just to get a return call.
