Dan is a Rock Star ! Around noon today I learned my Dad had backed into his garage door and done enough damage it wouldnt go up or down. I went to check it out and quickly realized it was beyond my comfort level. Called Dan at 1pm (on a Saturday). He said he was headed to a job close enough he could come by right after. By 2:30 Dads door was back intact and running smoother than before. Super fast, more than fair and I had to convince him to take a small gratuity.

I was incredibly pleased with Dans level of service. He didnt try selling me an opener and marking it up. He made great recommendations on what to get and came out promptly after I got it and had it installed for $50 less than what the big box wanted for install. I had an issue with a pulley and he came out the next day on a Sunday with an all new unit just to get the pulley and replaced it at no charge.
