I have spent the last three years trying to get clarifications on my accounts. I was assured that late charges and collections calls would cease until they finished making changes to these accounts, but neither of those things have been done. Weve had a conference call as well as multiple site visits, including one audit where the person from Airgas who came didnt bring so much as a pencil, let alone any actual paperwork. No matter how high we have escalated our issues, we cannot get help, and at each level, the person we speak to ends up ghosting us after a week or two. Stay away from this office, they are atrocious.

I have never had any issues with orders. I have definitely never had any issues with customer service. They are always great when I go there. I have had billing issues from corporate, not at the Huntington branch.

They were very helpful.

Service is terrible. They leave work early so there customers can not depend on them for nothing. Orders products and tell you times they are coming in, and they are not in. They then proceed to blame other people for these issues. Matheson Gas is literally down the street try there.
